After being really impressed by the Myrtle Beach location, I was super excited to visit this location too. Unfortunately, I wasn’t as impressed this time around.
The cons: Navigating the entrance is confusing. There are no signs or I didn’t see them saying eat-in seating this way or please wait to be seated etc. The menu is a-la-carte; as I believe all locations are. The only complaint I have about my food is that the burgers seem to have changed. They don’t seem as high quality and I didn’t like the difference.
The pros: The atmosphere is decent as are the decorations. The adult milkshakes are awesome. The fries are good. The food was hot and fresh. It was a Saturday night and the place was kind of quiet so the wait wasn’t terrible.

I can’t say enough nice things about this establishment! I’m new to the boston area and visit here quite frequently.I’ve seen their staff undergo being slammed after a boston red.Sox game and handling it with no problem as well as provide great customer service and food. They have a welcoming bar area, outside patio’s seating, merch and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend visiting a Whalburgers, they are more than just burgers.It is truly like a family atmosphere. I always look forward to going.The food’s great and priced reasonably.

The burgers are cooked to order. (MR)The quality of the beef make these the goto burgers whenever I’m craving a burger. (Almost every other day). Sit down at the quick counter or sit down in the sports bar restaurant area and have a drink. I hear MW comes in on game days with his friends. Luckily I was there on an off day. (I don’t like crowds). Quick service and the most delicious burger I ever had in a long while. I don’t have a Wahlburgers near me but whenever I’m in Boston I’m sure to hit one up. Get the double burger and thank me later. Great staff and wonderful manager.

Friends and I went after the Spartan race. I was so excited to go after all the hype. I watched the show. We went 30 mins. after they opened. Git seated fairly quickly. The table was sticky. I asked the waiter if he could clean it and he said no it was the cleaner they used. My friends ordered fried pickles, but they were out. Could not understand that when they just opened and only a few people there. We ordered 3 shakes which came 30 mins or longer later and mine was wrong. Had to wait another 15 mins. To get mine. Food took awhile to come and when it came my fries(which I had to order extra ) were cold and thd burger had no taste to it and hardly no Paul’s special sauce. Overall it is overpriced and service was not good. They need to train the waitstaff better. Make sure the food comes out hot and at a good time. I am very disappointed. I hope this review helps .

Came into the restaurant from the fenway tour. Put walburgers on our must stop for Boston eats. Sat down to a empty bar with 6 other patrons in the restaurant. To ignored buybthe bartender for 5 min as she made drinks for the other tables. No acknowledgement of our arrival. Finally a beer. To be left for another 10 min as she walked around serviceing the bar. I mentioned we were ready when she was. She rolled her eyes finished her shake and walked of for another 4-5 minutes. We chose to walk out and chalk up a burger at Tastys. Fast friendly service great food. Thanks for the experience!

the food here was great! the our burger and truffle tater tots were very good. there are two areas to eat – a sit down section, and a take out area (still a few chairs in there).
however, the service was below par. after 30 minutes of waiting, we went to see if our order was ready, and it was, but our name had never been called, and it was sitting in the preparation area.

We came all the way from Alberta and had to stop at Wahlburgers because we love Marky Mark—and the food did not disappoint! Everything was delicious, and the service was even better. Jimmy was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made our experience extra memorable. Highly recommend!

Had such a great dinner at this location. Mark, the general manager, was awesome! So welcoming, and made sure we had a great experience. The food was delicious. Burgers are BIG! Will was our waiter and everything was perfect! All the way from Houston, and it was one of the best meals we had on our trip!
