It was fun to see the changes made here. It was very busy and the staff was very attentive. Great valley vibe. The food was great. We had the smash burger which was cheesy and the bacon was so good! I absolutely love this place. Wonderful atmosphere, great selection of drinks and really friendly service, oh and the FOOD IS BOMB!! I finally made it to Toby’s in Spokane Valley, and let me tell you this place did not disappoint. The vibes were immediately welcoming, energetic, and the kind of spot that feels like it’s already been part of the community for years.
Now… the fish sandwich.
I ordered it expecting “good.” What I got was life affirming. Perfectly cooked fish crispy on the outside, tender and flaky inside stacked on a bun that clearly understands its role in greatness. Every bite was balanced, bold, and absolutely dialed in. This wasn’t just a sandwich… it was a statement.
You can taste the care, the pride, and the intention behind the food. It’s clear this isn’t just another restaurant and bar. It’s a passion project done right. The kind of place you bring friends from out of town and casually say, “Trust me.”
Travis is by far the most engaged owner operator in the area. Talent creates value when opportunity shows up.

Great spot. Amazing burgers. If you pride yourself on knowing the best burger in town, you might wanna hunt this little gem out. Meat was very fresh. Ingredients on the burgers were abundant and flavorful. Brought 6 kids. Each one raved about the meal, which all were the same quality as the adult menu, not the frozen or boxed stuff generally served. Great staff. Great menu. Well priced.
