Never make a mobile order from here. I would give this place zero if that was an option. They said they would bring out my food and told me to park. I did that. Waited for 40 mins to just find my food inside cold and soggy. Workers were just on their phone chilling.

Stood and waited for 35 minutes for an online order which I had ordered 45 minutes prior. 3 other people were dealing with the same issue. Staff was combative and insulting to all customers. Blaming the problem on app saying the readiness issue was not her problem or fault. This seems to be a common issue at this location. Drive thru said their people took priority over online customers

Placed order through Door Dash for Nashville hot tenders & a spicy chicken sandwich. Got the smallest tenders ever. Weren’t much bigger than chicken nuggets. Also, they were regular not Nashville hot. And, I got a plain ol’ chicken sandwich. I wonder of it’s that they can’t read, or just don’t care?

Need to have a no star option. 4 employees were there, and we stood waiting for 10 minutes no one took our order. They kept walking by us as if we didn’t exist, got fed up and left and went to Bojangles.

The whole point of a quick pickup is for it to be quick. If you give me an estimated pickup time that’s 25 minutes later from when my order was placed and the extra crispy chicken is cook to order, then my food should have been cooked and completed within that 25 minutes. I should have been able to arrive on time and left with my order when I arrived. This place is a joke.
