Absolutely delicious! The BBQ is perfectly flavorful—not overly smoky like some places can be—and the meat is so juicy. The owners are amazing and super welcoming. Make sure to follow them on social for updates, and get there early because they sell out fast!

Everything was great, but the beans and the brisket were the stars of the show! The brisket was so tender and the beans were full of flavor. This was our first time, but we will definitely be regulars now. The customer service was also excellent. They even brought our order out to our car! Prices are very fair for the large portions they give you. The three BBQ sauces we tried were all tasty as well.

We enjoyed the food. The pulled pork and pulled chicken were moist, but not super flavorful. They were smokey which was nice and they tasted like the meat but if you like heavy seasonings you don’t get that.
The beans and cornbread were great. I will probably order double beans in the future. The mac and cheese was okay. The cheese was split, but that is common with bbq joints because the sauce tends to get very hot. That results in it not being very creamy and not sticking to the noodles very well.
Staff was nice and communicated clearly about delays and items that were not ready to serve.
I would be happy to try it again.

The absolute best pull pork of my life! I had the 8oz sandwich and it was to die for. My husband had the baby back ribs that were great as well! And the brisket although a little salty for me, still waters my mouth. It’s a must stop if you are in the area! Just beware that they don’t have seating outside, only for take out.

The meats are good smoked meats. We love the Mac n cheese & I simply can’t get enough of their greens! The greens set my mouth to water & I could easily over eat on those alone. Service is top notch and their hearts are in their food. You can tell it’s all made with a great deal of love.

3.8 Stars, First time here and I was not seeing the hype that others were raving about. Perhaps it was an off day or wrong time to place an order but we were not impressed. I get it, it’s a food truck and things are kept in warmers which dry food out. I ordered the 3 meat plate, ribs, brisket and pulled pork. You can see the picks I posted, ribs were good flavor, they were slightly dry and stringy, the pulled pork did not have flavor, and also was slightly dry. The brisket was way overcooked and very dry, it crumbled in my mouth, not was not juicy. The sides were delicious, coleslaw, baked beans and mac and cheese. I will give it another chance later to see if perhaps it was an off day.

Pig Pen sandwich was delicious, fantastic sauce, lots of flavor. Mac n cheese was great too. Service friendly, fast, nice short convo. Seating area nice and tucked away behind the truck, very friendly/inviting. Put this on your go to restaurant list if you’re in the area!Great place and hopefully they continue to do well!

I think I irritated the owner when I asked her how I could get some hot, fresh brisket, but in my defense, this was some excellent, juicy goodness! I would love to snag some of this brisket right out of the smoker (if she would let me!). I tried the 3 meat choice (pork, ribs, and brisket). The brisket was excellent, the pulled pork was juicy, and the ribs were flaky and came off the bone nicely. The original and hot sauces (hot is more like mild) were good, and though I liked the vinegar sauce, I felt it needed a bit more sticky/sauce vibe to it. The Mac was good, and I personally liked the Cole slaw. it wasn’t too much “mayo”, and was light and had a nice zing to it. Don’t be fooled by the small location; this one is worth a stop.

I first went to Laurie Cue in 2017 when the truck was located next to Marker 48 and had a different name. I got the double deuce with pork and brisket. It was so big I took half home. Jump to the present same great food, different location. We got several times a month. I’ve had everything on the menu and enjoyed the food. The service is over and above what you receive in other restaurants. I feel like extended family when I’m there. The green beans are to die for! I husband has even tried replicating them at home when we just can’t get there. The Petey (my absolute favorite)and Milkee sauces are my go to sauces but my husband loves the OG sauce. His favorite sandwich is the PigPen. The name alone tells you it’s over the top. Every year we provide lunch to our doctor’s office staff. This year they requested Laurie Cue all meats platter. They said everything was delicious but their favorite was the brisket because it was so juicy.

I drove over 30 minutes to try this place out to see if it was worth the hype… Let me tell you that this place was worth the drive!! The Mac n cheese was amazing! The greens were incredible! The ribs were untouchable!! They gave me BBQ sauce but I felt like I disrespected the ribs by putting the sauce. Those ribs were perfect just the way they were. The ribs even made me sing because they were so good!!! Do yourself a favor and GO SEE THEM!!
