We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

As somebody that lives in a state that doesn’t have In-N-Out, everytime I head west it’s somewhere I must stop! I went through the drive-thru and it was relatively quick, and my food was delicious Their menu is small but that’s what makes it great and easy. Grab a burger and some fries and it comes nicely presented in a box!

I was impressed with how clean everything was, the friendliness of the employees, the efficiency of the food prep, and how fresh and delicious the food tasted. The first and last time I ate at another In-n-Out was back in 1998. I don’t remember that experience, but I’m glad I had this experience. I wish there was an In-n-Out where I lived.

We went a little later for a pregnancy craving run and initially we were frustrated because the wait was so long! As soon as we got up to the window where you could see people we got why. 2 guys doing everything they could to pack 3-4 orders in as fast as they could while cooking everything fresh. My husband was frustrated and people started showing up and helping out but he asked to be compensated for waiting and they were so nice and gave him an extra milkshake. Not only did I appreciate the patience they had with a guy who was a little crabby about waiting but the professionalism and poise they handled the wait with. Good job Moises and your team! You guys kicked butt and made my night amazing while being nice to an overprotective husband. 5 stars.

Delicious food and super fast service. I couldn’t believe the prices are still low, only $2-$3 for a burger. The burger was so juicy (have to ask for pickles to be added), the shake was rich and creamy, but I was disappointed by the fries. They advertise that the food is fresh and completely prepared in the restaurant. We were in and out in maybe 20 minutes. Evelyn served us well, professionally and kindly.

I have never EVER IN MY LIFE HAD SUCH TRASH FRENCH Fries man, it felt like they were stale. The burger was so plain and very salty. It was LIKE they made my order with HATRED. AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF, THE DRIVE THRU OPERATORS WERE VERY DISRESPECTFUL, SPECIFICALLY ONE OF THEM named Kevin. HE GAINED AN ATTITUDE AFTER I told THEM my order was wrong.

This is one of the best In and outs because their customer service is above and beyond. They were so kind to us this last visit. The guys got the doors, reserved our handicap seating, offered to bring our food, etc. Give these people a raise. Best one in the state. Even my 96 yr old gram enjoyed her burger.
