Never! And I mean never have I had someone as rude as tonight. I asked how she was and was ignored and asked for my order. I gave my order and the entire time not once did she smile. And she asked cash or card. I said card please and she just put the device up. Didn’t say anything else… OK! And then she said thank you. Nothing else. Turned around and walked away. If you have something you are going through fine. Leave it at home, don’t take it out on customers or just request to work in the back with that attitude. Just wild.

Best fast food? This establishment helps retired , special needs , and students have employment. Spoke to many of them. Very friendly and wanting to be there. Taking pride in it. Food is good. I love the chicken I love they come to refill your drinks and take your trays when done. I also love always running into other locals.

Ridiculously long wait in drive thru. At least 15 minutes. Wow. I’ve never had this happen at a chicfilet. Seems to happen here a lot. The worker was VERY rude demeanor from the start then I said “I’m trying to decide between these 2 drinks” she looked at me and harshly goes “I don’t know” then sighs. my boyfriend went to use the bathroom went to the stall and there’s pieces of shattered porcelain the toilet itself tilts he said. No one said “have a great day, my pleasure, or you’re welcome” absolutely nothing. I’m not from here but this is the first one that I won’t recommend.

I did a pick up order and when I got to work noticed a bug in my food Ii called and spoke to the manager Jason who apologized and told me to come back and he would replace my whole order I asked him if he needed to write my name down or anything he said no just left them know I talked to Jason ok cool I called before I came back today and explained what happened the person on the phone said ok just come for me to get there in line order them for this big hairy guy to come to my vehicle saying it was to big of a order that he wasn’t going to accommodate me until he talked to Jason which they should’ve said that over the phone since I had just called! They wasted my time and money
