Food and blizzards were made quickly but finding a clean table was an issue even though we were the only people there. The drink area especially could use a deep clean (see photo) My niece got the chicken strips and the size of strips were tiny, more like chicken nuggets. My mom loves the limited edition frosted animal cookie blizzard and that’s the only reason we visited.

I ordered a vanilla and chocolate ice cream cake and requested it to say happy birthday with pink and purple flowers and frosting. When my husband went to pick it up, they gave him two cakes, that had purple gymnast on them, they told him one was chocolate and one was vanilla…. I called the restaurant and they stated they had an accident and spilled water on my order so they got mixed up. They said I could keep one cake whichever flavor I wanted and return the other and get the correct cake. I wanted to keep the vanilla so I brought them both back because I couldn’t tell which was vanilla and which chocolate, I was told actually they’re both vanilla… I ended up getting the new cake, and keeping one of the old ones, and getting half my money back. They gal I spoke with was sweet, but it was so inconvenient.

I ordered an ice cream cake for a family birthday celebration, when I went to pick it up the writing on it looked like a 5 year old child had done it. When they spelled birthday on the cake they capitalized the d. The staff member that brought it out asked me if I thought it looked ok and I said no. They offered to scrape off the writing and did but the top of the cake looked awful. I had them bring me the icing tube and wrote on it myself. The two women that helped with this whole thing were incredibly rude when I asked one of them if she would have been happy with how the cake looked she said she wouldn’t have ordered one there to begin with. When I asked that they reduce the price one of the women got even ruder saying I was expecting too much to ask them to write on a cake that they weren’t professional cake decorators. I told her if they had of said that was a challenge when I ordered the cake or had even called I would have had them just put an image on it. Finally another manager, a young man, stepped in and was shocked I had to write on it myself and he took some off the cake, I still paid almost $40 for so I didn’t get it by free by any means and wouldn’t have expected too. I stayed calm but the two women need a class on customer service hand how to treat people. I will drive and go to another location to have anything Dairy Queen. Manager Nathan you need to work with those to shift managers.

This Diary Queen was amazing, I’m running the fireworks stand in the Walmart behind them and my night shift team canceled on me so I couldn’t leave the tent, the amazing manager on duty took my order over the phone and had an employee run it over to me if I could give this manager a 10 I would. I would mention her by name, she said it, but I missed it. Thank you keep up the great service.

Turtle pecan cluster blizzard. Very good. Prepared very timely. Very nice and clean store. However, I asked if coconut could be added to the other ingredients that are normally in a turtle pecan cluster and I was told they did not have coconut as an ingredient and that it had been discontinued over five years ago. DISAPPOINTING! And peculiar. I purchased a blizzard at the Dairy Queen in Atoka, OK less than a week ago and that store had coconut! There’s a disconnect somewhere.
