Brad is a true sandwich artist! He made our visit to this Subway location absolutely amazing. You can tell he takes pride in what he does! Our sandwiches were made to perfection! The ingredients were fresh, perfectly layered, and you could honestly taste the love he puts into his work. We really enjoyed our sandwiches mmmhmm, so good! Thanks, Brad, for turning a simple lunch into such a fantastic experience and best we have ever had at any subway location ever!!!

This has to be one of the best managed subways I have been too!! The manager PJ was on top of everything, very polite and acknowledged every customer. It was a bit busy but she made it such a pleasant experience I’m definitely coming back and the sandwiches were made perfect : )

This is the worst Subway I have EVER encountered. Last time my daughter found hair in her sandwich before the first bite & I had to FIGHT to get a refund! This time, I was apperently asking for something SO complex they couldn’t grasp it…a small container of chicken!! Thats ALL. Its like your employees dont wanna sell anything.

I tried giving this location a 2nd chance… the service is awful, today the young man didn’t want to get off his cell phone to greet me. The slowest moving service as well, a good 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches made, and I was the only one in the store. Both visits were this way with different employees even.

I visited the 25166 S Ellsworth Rd location today and I was very impressed with SARIAH. Her customer service is amazing and she went up and beyond to make sure my sandwich was exactly the way I wanted it. I highly recommend visiting this location and I will be visiting again soon.

This Subway is just another average sub shop. Nothing spectacular to say about this place. The workers were great but the food was ok. I don’t like that you can’t see the lunchmeats as they put it on your sandwhich anymore. Also the prices have really gone through the roof. I paid over $30 for two footlong sandwiches and two drinks. When I visited this location, the store looked like it needed to be cleaned.

I had lunch from this subway today and had a really great experience. Stephanie, the manager, helped me and from the second I walked in she was attentive to me. She was kind, fun, and made suggestions for my sandwich. And that sandwich was one of the best subway sandwiches I’ve had. The other employee working joined in on the conversation and was also pleasantly fun to talk to. They made a point to interact with me and I’m glad they did. I will definitely be coming back. Great customer service goes a long way!
