this has nothing to do with the services the lady was very kind and speedy, but not only were the restrooms absolutely horrendous feces everywhere, no toilet paper, and the smell. The food also just wasn’t sitting right and then i found a grasshopper or roach some kind of bug inside of my milkshake i was very disgusted when i thought it was a strawberry then proceeded to have a closer look. This is telling me they don’t frequently clean there machines, i found the head but lost it here are some legs and part of the body for proof, i was not satisfied and threw away the rest of my 40$ meal and dont plan on getting sonic again period. This is very unprofessional and a health hazard to be serving to customers what else was in my food?

This was my first time visiting Robstown, and I decided to make a stop at the local Sonic for some coffee and water. I ordered them through the app, with both drinks having quite a few custom instructions. The staff here got the order exactly as I had asked. The carhop, Sandra, was very kind and introduced herself as she brought my order to the car, and was very patient and friendly despite working outside in the 102°F August Texas heat. I’ve been to dozens of Sonics and never had a carhop do that before. Small things like the way Sandra interacted with her customers make a huge difference at an otherwise consistent chain. She offered exceptional, friendly customer service while handing me my order. All of my customizations were correctly followed and brought to my car in a very timely manner. This Sonic is very efficient, and Sandra did a great job contributing to the overall efficiency and experience I had while visiting Sonic here in Robstown!

We ordered them made differently…it was hard to get the girl to understand. We had to tell her 4 times what we wanted! All people don’t want all the same stuff on their burgers every time! Burgers were delicious and made correctly!! Yay!!

Sonic in Robstown You don’t want to see the rest of our food. I called to have it remade and a girl name Krista hung up on me. The hot dog was like rubber all the fries, onion rings, and popcorn chicken were so soggy. Then to top it off they refused to remake drinks and fries that were sitting at my house while I waited 30 minutes for them to remake the food. Manager said $10 credit on $49 order!

We ordered and paid for large fries got these almost less than half way full. Soggy and just not the usual hot and crispy. Long wait for disappointment. At least the drinking were good.

Worst sonic ever. First the carhop couldn’t hear anything we said had to repeat everything 3 times. Then took 30 minutes to get our food. Then the carhop has no idea what picante sauce or taco sauce is. And we got two pretzels and they want us to buy the cheese that comes with it.

It’s an bad okay place, People working there could be mean sometimes, sometimes you have to repeat yourselves, missing food, Don’t eat the fries, LOADED with salt, cheese sticks slaps though, get those, drinks loaded with ice, make sure to ask for no ice.
