Service was really nice and it is very clean inside. I ordered the chicken fried rice no onion. It tasted very fresh and had good flavor it could’ve had a little bit more salt, but I prefer it this way so you can add rather than it being too much. I will definitely be back to try some other items on their menu. I would recommend it

Found them on goggle maps. Nice location. Not a lot of seating but seemed adequate. Asked if I wanted a combo with a drink which I accepted just to find out the drink machine was down and had to drink the lemonades/fruit punch. They had gotten half of my order wrong but he partially fixed it without me having to say anything. The bathroom was also down because of some water issue which kind of worried me a bit. The food was good and the staff was nice though

This place is simply amazing! We eat here once a week religiously. The Taro bubble tea is addicting! We always get the same thing and the consistency in flavor/quality never changes. The medium wings and shrimp fried rice is my favorite. My husband loves the beef bulgogi bowl. My daughters absolute favorite is the honey lemon pepper wings. The staff always greets us with a smile and we love each and every person that works there. The food is always hot and fresh!!!! They also have the best philly cheese steak!

Update 1/2025: Ate here again and was disappointed. Portion sizes and quality went down. Got the spicy korean chicken bowl and the chicken is significantly decreased. A friend got a wings and rice combo, and the wings were terrible- poorly fried and cooked. Fries came unsalted. Decreasing to 3 stars
Original: Lots of food for $10 in the combo. Beef bulgogi was very tasty as well as korean chicken bowl. Would not recommend the wings add-on in the combo. Tasty flavoring but very small and the bowl was better. Excited to return and make it a regular in my Florence rotation.

Food was good . Service was a 1/10 if I could give them a negative rating I would. I got double charged on 10/31/25. I spoke to the man up front name Eric. He told me it would reverse the next morning. Then proceed to say “well it’s just $7” I told him I didn’t care I work for my money and shouldn’t be double charged when I only brought one item. He told me to come back the next morning and show him and if it didn’t reverse he would give me cash. I came the next day around 1pm. I told him I didn’t get a refund. He told me to wait until Monday. I told him not waiting until Monday because I don’t stay in Florence . I asked him for cash he acted like he couldn’t give me cash . I told him it’s just $7 just like he told me . He said that doesn’t count because his mangers will be mad about the register being $7 short. He called the cook from the back the cook started getting smart with me and told me to wait I told them no. They eventually gave me the $7 in cash the asked for my name and number. I had my work shirt on he said if it reverses to my card by Monday he will come to my job and get the $7 from me. Monday came they called my phone 3-4 times from the store phone and a personal phone number. I told them it didn’t give me a refund . They thought I was lying . He asked which grocery store I worked at because he’s coming to my job I told him that’s not happening I will come to him. I came to him and showed him I didn’t get a apology or anything. Service is terrible I will never spend my money there again. It was my first and last .

Had the best experience here tonight! We ordered a spicy chicken bowl, spicy shrimp bowl, and bulgogi beef bowl—all three equally amazing! Also tried bubble tea for the first time and def recommend if you’re looking for a sweet treat with tons of flavor. Mango was my favorite! On top of all that customer service was absolutely fantastic. They treated us like we were regulars even though it was our first visit. Already planning what we are gonna order for our next visit!

Wow. This was not what I was expecting. A friend let me try their hot honey wings and they were very good. So I went to check this place out for myself. So far the food is 10/10. The interior, the way it’s been renovated and decorated, VERY nice! Restaurant is appealing inside and very clean. Greeters and staff are friendly, including manager. Just one thing: please turn the radio down or off, thank you. That’s it! If you did this, perhaps more people would dine inside

Excellent!! 92 Go Cup Bap & Wings, the food is so yummy especially the Korean fried dumplings. Would highly recommend this place. Go give it a try you won’t be disappointed.
