Fries were cold and the wait was long but the thing that really upset me was the size of the chicken breast in the sandwich. If I had known that was the size I would have never gone and I certainly wouldn’t have spent almost $10 for the meal! I won’t ever go here again! Waste of money!!

Placed a pickup order , was told they were out of wings and the guy said he could not give refund since his manager was hot there , ok cool so we ordered big zax snack since he could not give refund. Boy big mistake the food is horrible. Over cooked strips old fries… Waste of money I should have left and went somewhere else and delt with refund at another time. Disappointing.

Every time I have went in there they either don’t go give a fork or when I order 6 fingers I get 4-5. That place is a joke. Their only prayer is Chic Fil A never comes. If they do that crap whole will close down. God it sucks

Ordered a Mr.Beast Box and was told I would have to wait on cheese curds. Waited almost 10mins. Got my box and there was only 5 cheese curd that you can tell were old. With one piece of bread and soggy fries. This is by far the worst experience I have had when it come to getting food from Zaxbys.

The food is always good !!! The only problem is the cherry coke machine is always out in the Dining Area. Please fill up the machine ‘ Cherry Coke is my favorite.

My family of five frequents this location and although it’s never hot by the time we get home, it’s still warm and tastes good enough but our last visit the whole meal was disgusting. The fries weren’t fully cooked and the chicken salad sandwich had only a couple tablespoons of chicken salad on it that actually wasn’t even on the sandwich, it was falling out of it. Not to mention the TLC sandwiches were thrown in the boxes and were so messy you had to eat them with a fork. So I called and spoke with a manager to let them know how unhappy we were and he offered to replace the whole meal. I really appreciated him doing that and let him know I live 15 mins away so it would be a few days. Fast forward to today, we go to have the meal replaced as promised (very nice kid so I’m not posting his name publicly) and they give us the drinks then pull us up to wait for the food. We waited 20 mins for the food. No big deal. We check the bags to be sure everything was correct. It wasn’t. So we went back around and got the missing meal. I wasn’t very happy because I knew by the time we got home after waiting not once but twice for the complete meal, the exact situation I called about would happen again but I was still fine, I didn’t make it a big deal. I get home and open my box and what do I see but a hair in my fries and that is why I’m posting. I understand it happens but that is disgusting and a wasted meal once again. Zaxby’s isn’t exactly cheap for a larger family and their prices have gone up and the hair just ruined it all. Seeing as how the meal was being replaced already, there’s no reason it should have gone out the window without being fully checked by the manager. I hope you get it together because you do have new competition with Guthries in town.

I’m unsure of the names but the entire crew who was working At 2:45 PM February 17 is absolutely incredible. Nothing was missed. They asked me questions that I’ve never been asked from a Zaxby’s before service is beyond incredible. Food was perfect. I would drive 45 minutes out of my way just to come back to this specific Zaxbys alone just because of the crew working I’ve never felt like family in a fast food restaurant before until today.

Had a bad experience at the McDonald’s down the street. Drove here hungry and got my food quickly. They did, however, get it wrong, and I had to take it back in to have it fixed. I ordered extra fries instead of slaw to go. Got regular fries and slaw with no silverware. I’m not upset at this because, tbh, it’s par for the course at all Zaxbys I’ve ever been to. You don’t get what you order, you get what they make for you.

I stopped in the drive thru here today in my way to a client meeting. My intention was to grab my food to eat when I got to my destination nearby.
First problem was the drive thru. Or the speed of it. They were taking an order, and making the next person in line wait until the order before it was complete and dispensed before taking the next order. This is not only inefficient, but when there’s 3-4 people in line, it’s just dumb. More than 1 person gave up and got out of line before I finally placed my own order.
As I ordered, the order taker continually interrupted me. Annoying, but she wanted to do things her way aleven if it meant coming off as rude. I placed my simple order, along with a request for a my drink with no ice. She repeated twice no ice. And then seem confused when I confirmed I wanted the coke slaw that comes with the meal.
I pulled forward and paid. Then all of my stuff came out. As she handed it to me, I told her I had asked for my drink with no ice, and asked for a fork for the coke slaw. She ignored me and walked away. She was busy taking the next order and seemed to just dismiss me as done. I sat and waited a good minute and she never returned. Now that I was pushing the possibility of being on time, I reluctantly left. Ice in my drink, and no fork for my coleslaw.
Sad to see where customer service is headed nowadays. Next time when I’m in this area, I’ll grab food someplace else.

Was not good. The drive thru had every car pulling ahead for their orders so I knew it was inevitable. 1st- the cokes were not regular (tasted of cinnamon or other spices) once we got our food we parked to check the order and it was wrong. Had to go back in to correct the drinks and get 2 missing coleslaw sides. Food wasn’t good and chicken was dry, couldn’t eat it.
