This place deserves way more traction—GOOD food!! The ribs are ROLLING!!! I mean down to the bbq sauce, it’s all amazing. Highly recommend to anyone. They easily beat the average bbq rib joints. You will not be disappointed, AT ALL!!

have a “knock for service” sign or
create more social media (Instagram) and post pictures! People love seeing pictures of food
have more signs out front so more people can see you! Your food deserves everyone’s attention

I got the pulled pork poboy with beans and potato salad. The beans were everything you want in BBQ beans with a nice chunk of meat in there. The potato salad was incredible, very soft and tender and no overpowering taste of mustard or anything. The meat had a great smoke flavor but did not come sauced. I prefer sauced pulled pork sandwiches personally, but there was a side of sauce served. The sauced seemed bottled and the bread was more like a large hot dog bun. Overall I still liked the sandwich as a whole. I would get it again and recommend it to anyone. I look forward to trying more on the menu another day.

The owner is a guy with skin in the game. He has a unique cooking style that makes the food taste out of this world. The ribs are fall of the bone good and his sauce is handmade and does not taste tangy or to sweet like most sauces. The texture and taste in the potato salad is perfectly mixed. Each item taste like it was made with care. Would definitely recommend going if your in or near Denham Springs, La.

The food was priced great, with a healthy portion of my order. The pulled pork was very tender, smokey, and had a good flavor. You could tell everything on the plate was homemade. It was really good food, fast, hot, and again great price.

If you know bbq, there is a difference between clean thin blue smoke and dirty smoke. The ribs tasted like dirty smoke and lighter fluid. Real pimasters do not use starter fluid!!!
