Went in the other day. I asked for the wrong menu item. The treat maker then said “you said this so my boss will get mad” implying if she corrected or didnt make me pay for something I didn’t want she’d get in trouble. I’m not sure what’s going on there but food cost shouldn’t instill fear in employees or create simple customer mistake into forced payment. I canceled the whole order. They would’ve made $25 off the transaction. (Two simple menu items)
Management and ownership please treat your employees right so they’re able to take care of customers. You guys have a lot of competitors making the same treats, coco mayas, fiesta foods, Ashley’s Botanas Locas, un poco loco, La Michoacana Ice Cream and many more. Only thing setting you apart is customer service due to high prices.

Their hours are all over the place and the times they advertise that they are open don’t align with their actual availability so you pretty much just have to pull up and risk wasting time to see if their really open. Should update hours accordingly.

Great food. Good service just outdated service. You can’t order online or by phone, and they are a little unorganized yelling orders and repeating to the person at register over and over for him to input. Be prepared to wait.
