If you order a grilled cheese, make sure you check before you drive away. I ordered four today. None of them were done and I didn’t have time to bring them back. I did contact several people nobody was any help and guess what I decided to try again on ordering 2 grilled cheese and one was not all the way done again same place!

This sonic has been getting worse and worse. Drinks are often poorly mixed, flat, or watered down. Service randomly takes forever or they will completely forget you are even there. Today we received the most disgusting corn dog. I cannot believe they were okay sending this out of the kitchen. The meat inside was burnt to a crisp.

Every kiosk I order from is broken in some way. Food is typically good. But screens are broken, speakers either don’t function or barely, card readers don’t work. I’ve lived here for years, and they’ve been having these “temporary problems” for about a decade.

Nice staff lady took my order and did fantastic. I was in the area grabbing something from my work office & getting the daughter lunch. I saw something that caught my attention kids chicken meal…. I definitely will return when in the situation of hunger and at work or leaving work. I really felt valued with my interaction with the staff. They were pleasant and smiling….that goes a long way!

We went there right after high school was over & it was packed. It looked like there was only one server running betwn 2 full lanes of hungry customers, and she did a good job but it took longer than usual. Being able to pay for ur food thru the screen is a convenience & a safety feature during COVID.

Very slow, order came out 14 minutes after estimated time. Car hop asked how many drinks I ordered and said, “These should be yours.” Then gave me our bag of food, and said,”I think it’s all in there.”
Food wasn’t prepared correctly. Cheese was left out of an all meat burrito with very meat and lots of eggs, plus a breakfast sandwich without cheese.
We were here for basketball tournaments. We will try not to stop here again.
