I went through the drive through and I ordered chilli cheese fries then asked for ketchup letting her know i would pay for it and Mariah threw the packets inside my car saying they dont come with it.
Not a problem I told her I would pay for it and then she slung 5 packets of ketchup in my car and slammed the door. I will never be back and be treated this way . If you want ticket number it is 399280214048 but, this will be reported to corporate i will not be disrespected by a upset child . And will never cone back check the cameras i was in there at 8:55 pm on 1/20/26.

The lady started speaking into the microphone. It was so mumbled I couldn’t understand what she said.
I asked for 2 small sprites. She said what sounded like, 3 fries?
I said, 3 sprites.
Another person spoke loudly into the microphone and said, “you can pull up to the window and get your order.”
We pulled up.
She said, that’ll be $9.08.”
My husband said,” that’s too much for 3 small sprites!” Pull off!
Well, I went ahead and paid for them. And I said that audio has something wrong with it, I couldn’t understand what you said. She rolled her eyes and lifted her eyebrows like disbelievingly. The other lady was packing a bag and shrugging her shoulders, like she was ready for an argument.
I didn’t want an argument. I just wanted 3 sprites and wanted to know how it was $9.08!!!
Is this normal?
I could have went somewhere else and it would be cheaper. I was very disappointed in the price and the attitude of the workers there.

In a hurry to get downtown for a 6pm meeting, I realized that I would be hungry and no food was being provided. So I hoped to find somewhere to quickly pull through for a fast snack.
I saw Krystal with nobody in the drive-thru line. When I pulled in, I realized it’s been over 5 years since I’d been there and I didn’t know what to order.
The sweet employee recommended the Pick 5 for $9 which was great!
Surprisingly, I truly enjoyed that cute burger with cheese. The pickles and mustard was the right proportion.
Disclaimer: It’s a lot smaller than what’s seen at the angle in my photo.
Next (while driving) I enjoyed the 2 chili cheese hot dogs called Pups because they’re also a cute size. They were still hot so the cheese had melted and they were really delicious!
The other 2 Krystal burgers were for my friend.
I’m glad I chose Krystal today!
The hours on google maps say that they close at 5pm, which may be wrong.

I just got done doing my laundry and I was hungry. Fr. I didn’t expect to find great food at this time of night (a little after 3am) BUT I was pleasantly shocked. They were professional, quick, & on point with quality. I do not know the people that served me tonight but I really hope they see this. Y’all are awesome. PLEASE keep doing what you’re doing. I used doordash I tracked my dasher she came straight to my address, why are my fries and burgers old and cold when they are serving breakfast? That’s why I ordered burgers and fries, thinking I would get hot fresh food. I only live 7 minutes away my fries are dark brown and cold like they have been in a refrigerator and reheated along with the wings I ordered cold, like I said if it was cooked fresh only 7 minutes away still would have been hot the whole meal was cold

I just went through the drive thru on Sunday 1-26-25 for lunch. The lady working the drive thru was so nice and helpful. She made all the food fresh, and it was hot and tasty. She definitely needs a raise. Great personality!
