Treated the kids out to dinner. This was our first time eating at Charley’s. Walking through the door, Sophie greeted us with pleasant vibes… almost as if we were her regulars. Ordering process was fast and easy and food didn’t take long at all. Everything tasted hot and fresh. The cheesesteaks had the perfect portion of steak and the meat had a really good taste, seasoned well. The bacon cheese fries were phenomenal. For dessert, we had these little cinnamon & sugar bites which was served hot and fresh… just wish it came with icing to dip em in. Washed everything down with a mango and watermelon lemonade. Both were delicious and had real fruit pieces in it, freakin awesome! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning in the near future, but this time I think I’ll get double meat on my footlong steak sub. I love Charley’s chicken cheese steak I get the same thing all the time sometimes I add mozzarella sticks. I have eaten at 5 locations and this location has now taken over 1st place very very clean staff very accommodating and efficient chicken cheese steak was delicious food was hot decor was super cute. I sat at the end of a long high table. The young man that waited on me was super pleasant and he brought my food to me.

My food was out rite disgusting if I could give zero stars I would. My chicken cheese steak was pure garbage. If I wasn’t on the go I would have took it back for a refund. Sub and wings was a complete disappointment and wast of money

I coincidentally walked in on grand opening day for an impromptu cheesesteak lunch. The managers and staff were so friendly! The cheesesteak was incredible. You won’t be disappointed.

The restaurant is very clean and well-prepared with attention to detail. The customer service is excellent as well. The food meets expectations, but what stands out is the presentation. When you open the food box, you can see that everything has been carefully arranged, which is always a nice touch.

The woman who took my order was extremely kind and patient with me and so my coupons. Between the wings and chresesteaks we were very satisfied with our meals. Mu family loves this place so we will definitely be back. And their lemonade is SO good .

I’m a PA transplant cheesesteak snob and this place nails it! Clean, friendly, great menu, and really good food. The fries were great, but the cheesesteak was why I’ll be going back soon.
