Really felt like the epitome of a place that doesn’t care. The food is more expensive here compared to other Burger Kings. The person I was with ordered a large meal and was given a medium drink being told that was the only size available (not as conveyed on the kiosk you had to order from). I had ordered an 8 piece chicken fry that had about 7.25 fries in it. The vents above had literal trash in them. The trash receptacle had a single bin inside that collected both trash and recycle; not 2 separate bins as the exterior imaging showed. During my meal, I went up to the counter to ask for ketchup as there was none available and had to say “excuse me” 3 times before the worker further back pointed to the guy at the counter who was blatantly ignoring me to acknowledge me.

Angel helped me with an order and the way she started the conversation was absolutely delightful. She also came out and gave me the food herself. We need more people like her. Bravo Burger King!

The attention is lousy. And the food is disgusting. The fries were brown in color and tasted like old oil. The nuggets seemed petrified and impossible to chew they tasted bitter. The whopper was gum. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. I LOST MONEY

Go in and order. Clean store, fast service and good food. This Burger King has gotten so much better. I have it often enough and using the tablet kiosk inside to place my order is 100% the way to go. (Or online!) I have encountered zero food issues when ordering through the kiosk. When I have used the drive through I encountered mistakes sometimes, wrong sandwich or they never entered the request to say remove pickles.
Just go inside and order at the kiosk, you will get a much better experience and can look at the menu. You can customize your food without feeling rushed.
Food is usually very good and an excellent value for the money.
My go to meal is $5 whooper jr duo (bacon and Swiss) and a side of mozzarella sticks(think they call em mozzarella fries now).

The CLEANEST and FRIENDLIEST fast food restaurant i have ever been to. Beatrice and her daughter Angel are amazingly helpful and create such a positive and exciting environment for the customers. The bathrooms are kept clean, the tables are wiped down, the windows are spotless. Drive through service is always speedy aswell. 11/10 for service from this location.

I went through the drive thru… ordered some finger food for a long drive, stopped for gas @ Irving, tried to eat some of the fries and chicken nuggets while pumping gas…. the pictures show the Nuggets otw to the trash. Both tasted like rubber, and tbh my stomach was VERY VERY upset the next day and I only ate two nuggets and a handful of fries.

Sat here to write this with my food cold cause the ” lady who runs the store”. older spanish looking lady decided to ruin my mood over sweet and sour sauce. Cause not only did I have to go back in and ask for it because it wasn’t with my order but even took the time to buy a cookie just to get another packet cause apparently when you go to this BK buying 2 whopper jrs, fries and 8 pc nugget is not enough to get 2 sauce packets. So it makes sense that someone can get a 4pc nugget and get one sauce but then when you order an 8pc you get only get 1?! Make it make sense BK…

Horrible service. I waited for 15 minutes while being ignored. No one took my order, and all the workers just watched and laughed as I stood there. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable and seemed to target people of color.

Ordered a little after midnight on Saturday the 17th and I’ve never had fast food that hot and fresh at that hour—ever. The lady who took our order was super polite. Hands down best late-night fast food experience I’ve had!
