I feel the customer service needs to be worked on slightly. The cashier seemed less than enthused to inform me about the menu. I wanted to stay but left instead… it was packed so perhaps the ladies were just tired.

Me and my mom went and were SEVERELY disappointed. There were basically no desserts, aside from a few strangler cookies. The boba I ordered was honestly kinda disgusting, you could tell that the pearls had been sitting out for SEVERAL hours and it didn’t even taste like taro(the flavor I ordered). Overall not a great experience.

I got the strawberry Boba with the strawberry drink and oh my goodness it was so good for only five dollars for a small and six dollars for a large. I think this is good.

We’ve loved going here for many years, but our experience the other day was shocking. The two girls working were sitting on the floor behind the counter scrolling their phones. They got up and made our drinks and I even commented how it was dirty to be sitting on the floor. She shrugged and said people complained when they had chairs back there. Absolutely disgusting. I have told several people since this happened about the visit and some even said they had the same experience there. I’m done going there until I start to hear good feedback. There are a lot of reviews like this for the last few months. I hope the management makes this place friendly and appealing again!
