Very disappointed in the staff lead on site for 02/05/26. I had ordered food at about 10am… the very first thing ive ate, kinda tasted not bad but the flavor was different. I was hungry so I kept eating. Fast forward T0 12PM 2 HOURS LATER!!
Im throwing up, I have thrown up so much im dry heaving.
I called the store and informed politely,
“Me” hey I ordered food a couple hours ago and now I am throwing it up profusely, im dry heaving. I think there is something wrong with the meat potentially you guys should maybe look at it.
She cuts me off, All of our food is fresh and cooked, you didnt get it from us, you had to get it somewhere else.
“Me” ma’am this is the only place ive ate so far it was 2 tacos and a small burrito I don’t think it was from somewhere else.
“Her” well it is flu season, youre the only one to complain so maybe you got the flu, I dont know, but our food is fresh so I dont know what to tell you.. is there anything else I can help you with…..

But apparently Le Mars Taco Bell has their own trained cashier/ Food Safety Inspector, Health Inspector, or Environmental Health Officer that can just tell me without examining food. Went here once around 6pm. Made us wait over 30 mins for our order and when a family came in trying to order at the counter the employee said use the kiosk. The (I’m assuming dad) said no I’d like to order from a real person and they just walked away into
the back. That family ended up leaving after they heard me mention I had been there for over half an hour waiting. After we finally got our food and headed out the door I was so hungry and ready to dive in when we realized they got our order wrong. Decided to just work with what we have because we didn’t feel like waiting another 30 minutes just for a couple tacos. They seem to prioritize the drive thru rather than customers who actually take their time out of their day to park and walk into the establishment. Disappointed but expectations were never high in the first place.

We asked for nacho cheese and red sauce on the side and did not get either. Also the doritos locos tacos shells were pretty stale so that kind of lessens the experience. And the food was also not really warm. Yes it’s just Taco Bell and a fast food place but I still expect better

I went through the drive through and they are having the free medium drink promo and they were out of Baja blast regular and the nice lady let me substitute the lemonada freeze with cream and it is so good.
