Wendy’s is supposed to be a FAST food restaurant but this Wendy’s is not fast. Waited 40 minutes for my food. Most of the waiting was in the drive thru because they ignore you for five minutes before they actually speak to you. Car in front of me was waiting for what felt like five minutes before they pulled off. When I got to the drive thru I told them I had a mobile order and they told me to go to the mobile order parking spot. I specifically put on the app that I wanted to pick my order up from the drive thru, but they made me park like the other five cars they had waiting. If I wanted to park and wait for my food, I would have put it on the app. When I got my food, my frosty lid was not on correctly and the frosty was spilling all over my car, the worker saw this and acknowledged it but didn’t even offer to get me a new cup. Everytime I come here it is always a wait. This was the longest I had to wait out of all my times being here. The service here isn’t good and I swear this Wendy’s is going downhill.

Just watched the girl with the nose ring handling my food with no gloves. Touching everyone’s food. I would suggest no one come to this establishment. When I asked for a refund, the girl was very disrespectful. Manager had no problem returning my money. I wish I know how to get in touch with the board of health.

Downhill is where dislocation is going. Going to make it a point not to waste another dime at this store. Will tell everyone I know to avoid this location at all costs. The staff are lazy rude and could care less about their job. Might as well shut this location down too.

Can’t get any assistance. Ask to speak with manager and was refused by the girl running the cash register. Didn’t know manager or a way to talk to anyone who has authority to view cameras. This my third and final visit. Thieves here. Corporate I wish I knew how to contact you for assistance. Until then… This my last meal with Wendy’s.

Went to get a couple Frosties for me and the wife. 5 cars in line at the drive through. No activity. So I went in. Stood at counter for 5 minutes with no one saying anything to me. A couple of employees walked past me to go outside. Did not say a thing. I left.

They constantly, constantly, constantly have a bad nasty attitude, they always ignore my boyfriend when he tries to talk to them through the speaker and they purposely ignore him ALL THE TIME!!. They constantly give out cold food , fries are always hard like it’s been sitting there for a week that is very nasty. Their time online says they close at 1 and anytime we come there and we see workers in there they purposely ignore us or anyone that comes there. Everyone had to go to the other Wendy’s because they are very kind and sweet and understanding and open and make sure our food is nice and hot and FRESH!!! If I could I would give the Wendy’s on Pinhook a ABSOLUTE ZERO!!!!!

Almost every time no matter what time of the day you arrive you will most likely get the wrong order please check before leaving also if you’re into ketchup with your fries or burgers don’t count on them ever give you any this place is only surviving because of it’s location near blue collar businesses where pick need something quick to get back to the job

Rude, employee. I had to say my order three times , I wanted just a sandwich and not the meal. Then my chicken sandwich did not have the tomatoes as it should. Always that happened. Always people check your food before you leave.

Staff is good at their job. However, rest of store needs help. Smells funny, and there are drips in ceiling. (See picture.) Carpet gives the whole store a 1970s feel. Bathroom could use a bit of modernization.
