The best Burger King in the whole area. Clean, nice, the people who work there are very nice and helpful. The food is always hot and fresh. I congratulate everyone it is not easy to find a Burger King that meets all these conditions

Pros: spacious and bright indoor with different seating options, play structure for kids, clean space, very friendly staff: looked like it’s family run with many regular customers, as one customer was asking the cashier about his dad and dad came to the front to greet. All very welcoming and nice. I just asked about the crowns and he handed me one.
Cons: it appeared to me that some people were sitting there because they didn’t have anywhere to be: no food in front of them, just sitting and watching tv.

I’m very impressed by this Burger King. I have gone to many others and a lot of them were bad as in the fries were stale, the burger was cold and it was just dirty.
Not this one though. The fries were fresh, the burger was delicious. The tables were clean, the staff were super friendly and I just got a nice vibe from it. It was also the first time I decided to actually eat inside in a long time. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely come again.

This is hands down the best BurgerKing in the San Jose area and the areas surrounding it. The food quality is always 100%, the employees are friendly and polite, and the service is Top Notch. I frequently visit and order from this location and would not recommend any other location to visit

I usually don’t give bad reviews but I had a bad experience at this location. Manager was taking my order, stopped me in the middle to do other stuff then helped me again. I thought that was a little rude but, main concern was I ordered my food got home and my gf started eating her meal when she noticed it tasted funny. Sure enough we look at the burger and the meat was raw!!! This is not ok what so ever. She currently has minor stomach pains but, I think she will be ok(hopefully) but, this is unacceptable

The manager is community oriented. This team delivers the most clean and friendly fast food restaurant I’ve ever seen. I’ve been taking my family to this location for 18 years and every visit is enjoyable. I know I am not the only one who appreciates the way this restaurant is consistently thoughtfully managed and maintained by the owner and his team. With that kind of attention you always get the great flame broiled meal you came for. The restaurants ground is clean and safe and so are the bathrooms! :)!
