Very good food—very fresh and the menu felt unique. My older child really enjoyed the open face apple/ham sandwich. Younger child actually ate grilled cheese. I enjoyed the vegetable panini. So much food that we had leftovers for dinner. Kids also really enjoyed the coconut cake and the apple crisp. Will come here again. Also, there’s a charming, older dog (I think it was a retriever) who wanders around the restaurant and sits between the tables and on the porch. A few of the tables were picnic style and shared with other diners who seemed very accommodating with children. All around the perimeter of the store were gift items, specialty Jared foods and cheeses, and misc. candy items.
Their nearby orchard is also a favorite place of ours for you pick berries and apples in the summer and fall.

The parking was easy. The place looked amazing. It was spacious inside. We went in the morning on Sun. It was busy. The food was delicious. The price was reasonable. The restrooms were clean. The people who worked there were friendly and helpful. We also got a dozen donuts to go.

I didn’t get to go to the restaurant (come early!!! Like before opening), but I got to experience everything else Apple Hills has from the cafe to the Apple picking to the sunflower picking to the animal petting. It was so fun! Perfect for dates or family gatherings or even just hanging out. I loved it and the energy was so beautiful. All workers are so kind. I can’t wait to come back for the pancakes.

I love coming here to grab breakfast before heading out to pick apples. I’ve been quite a few times and have picked other fruit in different seasons. I forgot which they stopped but years ago I picked strawberries and raspberries here too. I also come around Christmas for breakfast with Santa. It gets mobbed here so come as early as possible. I love the wall of spices and sprinkles, I left with a bunch. Don’t forget to pickup a “critter treat” to feed the goats and donkey just behind the restaurant. They now also have a little spot out back with food, so if you were there today, they only served breakfast but the place out back has some bbq and picnic food that sounded good. Love the variety of apples to pick and the scenery in the distance is so pretty.

The perfect rustic breakfast experience at a genuine u-pick orchard, complete with cafe dog. We tried pretty much everything on the menu, simply delicious! We were there for breakfast items, but folks eating lunch seemed equally satisfied, so many smiling faces!

A great place to enjoy a weekend morning. Blueberry picking in summer, apple picking in fall; a great time in fall with corn maze, sunflowers and more. The cafe/farm store has delicious pancakes – do add fruit toppings! Apple pancakes were great. Omelette/egg special is amazing too! Toast is buttered and perfectly toasted. Will be coming back here again and again throughout the year for all they have to offer!

Incredible! Wait time for food was literally under 10 minutes, our waitress was super friendly, and the food was so good. We got the grilled cheese panini, turkey bacon melt, and the soup sampler and for desert the apple crisp, and everything was absolutely stellar. Squash bisque was my favorite soup,, definitely recommend everything I had today. Literally couldn’t have had a better lunch. Their breakfast is pretty killer too! The aesthetics of the building are really neat too, feels very homey while still being open enough you don’t feel crowded in. They also sell donuts!

Definitely a spot to check out!
OUTSTANDING breakfast and a unique cafe style. Service is first come first claim a table, very busy in the morning. The staff is very fast and friendly.
Very affordable with Farm Fresh Produce grown onsite used in the menu.

We had SUCH a great experience at the Cafe after a morning of berry picking. They don’t have a kids menu but the staff were kind enough to whip up something simple for a picky 9 year old (he said the grilled chicken is THE BEST EVER).
Generous portions, and great quality. Friendly wait staff. I had the chicken florentine panini- the chicken was flavorful and juicy, the bread was delicious, the grilled tomato and spinach flawless. My husband and the Roast Beef on 8 grain bread (hosue made BTW). This bread was unsurpassed. Slices nearly an inch thick, it was airy but still sturdy enough to contain a half inch thick layering of thin sliced roast beef. We bought 2 loaves to bring home.
A genuine pleasure. Worth visiting again.

This is the restaurant at Apple Hills Farms, which also has apple and blueberry picking, seasonally, on site. When you enter the restaurant, you walk through a little gift shop, which has some nice artisanal crafts like candles, artwork, jewelry, etc, bulk spices, and also typical cheap gimmicky gift shop toys. Then you seat yourself in the restaurant, inside or on the patio. The cabin-like building and farm view reminded me of camping. It’s a pretty big space with lots of tables, but there were signs up saying that 4 people is the maximum per table (at least outside), so if your family is bigger than 4 you’ll have to split up. We sat outside because it was a little quieter, but were warned that there would be bees around. Don’t sit outside if you don’t want to dine with the bees. We poured some syrup onto an extra plate and sat it on the far side of the table from us, and that actually seemed to somewhat work to keep the bees distracted from our plates.
Service was good. Our waiter was nice and attentive enough, and the wait for food wasn’t too long even though they seemed busy.
I ordered a short stack of pancakes with apples. The short stack of only 2 pancakes doesn’t sound like much on paper, but they’re massive – as big as your face. I was full with the short stack even without getting the meat on the side. It was easy to finish though because they were great pancakes, very fluffy, filled with pieces of fresh, juicy apple. It’s a pretty good deal, pricewise.
It was a nice breakfast and an interesting change of pace from diners or typical brunch restaurants. I would go back.
