EVERY DRINK IN THEIR COOLER IS OUT OF DATE. I bought a drink while I waited for my order *which was incorrect* and it read sept 18th & I asked for a replacement, the employee was very nice about it, but there was nothing in the cooler that was in date. He had to go to the back and give me a warm drink that wasn’t expired. I even gave him options but again nothing was in date. Absolutely disgusting, who is running y’all’s inventory??

Found a big chunk of hair in the chocolate chip cookie I got yesterday. It wasn’t just a strand of hair, it had several strands of hair as if it was done on purpose. I’m very disgusted. We quickly threw it away, and I took it out from the trash to take a picture but you can see the hairs in the picture. It was stuck between the chocolate.

I love this place I went in today and got the best bread sticks and pan pizza I have ever had. The man running the cash register and a lady named Christy were both so nice and she brought out our food hot and fresh. Keep up the good work and keep on making bread sticks and pizza. If u want fast friendly service go there and try it out, you won’t be disappointed.

I ordered the family box deal with two one topping pizzas bread sticks and cinnamon sticks with dips and I must say it was the worst experience I’ve ever had I arrived with my food being pulled from the over yet was hard as a rock and cold by the time I got it home not to mention my cinnamon sticks weren’t even there

The entrance to here was narrow and not friendly to non locals. In fact, I don’t know if it was a pot hole, something in the road but I hit something and cracked my bumper. That aside, the website has no way to check in. No big deal. Go in. Front cashier with spaceship tattoo is friendly and SUPER helpful. Even gives us tons of napkins and plates. However he was the only good part of our experience. He took my name, told me about 5 mins. Cool. I see like 5 pizzas go into their warmer and 3 people come in and are helped in the meantime. Im kind of confused why my pizza’s not up. I wait for the 3rd person to pay and approach the counter. She asks my name and then the tatted guy comes up and says she doesn’t have her pizza? I told you it was up. They just threw my pizza in the warmer. They didn’t ask the THREE OTHER people standing in front of them if it was one of ours. It was in there at LEAST 15 mins! Then when I get it to our hotel, its a mess. Most of the pepperoni is on one slice and they didn’t season the crust…the best part of pizza hut stuffed crust. It also wasn’t cut properly so that was fun in a hotel room. I tried to call and nobody answered. I should stop going to pizza hut. Period.

I asked for pepperoni and pineapple on my pizza for me and my fiancé, but I got one with pepperoni (correct) and sausage and mushrooms which is a bit random. They made us another one though after we called. Their pizza is usually good so this is my only complaint because my fiancé was pregnant and cranky after I brought it home
