I may not come to Arby’s often, as I try not to touch fast food often, so when I do come to this Arby’s, it’s always a pleasurable moment, and the staff is always respectful and friendly. Definitely a way to go keep customers coming back.

Yesterday evening my wife found a hamburger that was still raw ,I took it to the girl on the counter, she look at it and told me to get out of here ! Didn’t say I’m sorry or try to make it right or nothing, I had to check my self for the disrespect ,she’s lucky I’m older now or non of my family members were there to see that ,that shity look on her sarcastic face would of changed ,I will never eat there again!

We went to Arby’s through the drive thru on Friday, August 1st, 2025. There was a team member named Gio taking our order. He was an amazing team member, he is professional, very kind, he spoke with respect and genuinely was happy to be where he was, doing what he was doing. I have nothing but good to say about him, he is the epitome of what any company would want as the face of, the first impression of their business. My experience at the Casa Grande Arby’s gets the highest rating.

Anytime You go through drive- thru and You are asked to pull forward = getting shafted!

Waited 20 minutes for cold food. Watched 3 other groups come in and they were served their food before us. Did not get our drinks until the food came. Definitely not recommended
