Great atmosphere, very friendly staff. There is a great variety of items in the store. Love the nostalgic candy, I bought some butter rum life savers. I had a very tasty breakfast. I had the French toast with strawberries.

It’s still a Cracker Barrel and the menu still tastes the same as years gone by. I was pleasantly surprised to find Impossible sausage on the menu. Thanks for that option! Staff were reasonably attentive and friendly.

I’ve always wanted to go to a cracker barrel when they have the fireplace going but it turned out to be a bit much. The smoke smell was overwhelming. Good idea but maybe better ventilation, I’m not sure. Just a preference, I’m sure a lot of people like it.
Food was good as usual at most of the chains. Love that you can pay using the app, even though the app isn’t the best I like getting the rewards.

Great experience tonight. Went on a Friday night and had an excellent time. Service was very good, the food was some of the best I’ve eaten at Cracker Barrel, and our interaction with the hostess, retail employee, and cashier were all very pleasant.

These are the best pecan pancakes I’ve ever had at a Cracker Barrel! Look at the perfect shape and size of the pancakes! Look how perfectly distributed the many pecans are, and look how beautifully golden brown they are, too. I showed them to the manager and complimented the cook on them. He told me it was Keisha (sp) who prepared them. Kudos to Keisha AND to this manager for coming back to my table to let me know. The place is clean, and access in and out was easy. Appreciated my server, Michaelle, too. Prayers for her for a successful rebuild or relocation—her house caught on fire.

Went in just before Christmas. We were out shopping and swung by for dinner, I was in the mood for some good home cooking after a long day out.
Man… did I make a mistake.
We both had loaded mashed, there were grits in our potatoes…. GRITS in MASHED POTATOES… this clearly means the idiots use instant potatoes and can’t tell them from the grits they sit next to.
Cornbread was a mistake here for once, usually it’s amazing, they were dry and tempid. We both got country fried steak, the entree was 7/10, gravy was thick and not enough, but the sides were horrid.
It was cold outside and I ordered hot cocoa for myself… clearly a Swiss miss packet made with boiling or microwaved water…. I’m a hot cocoa fan, and if I’m gonna pay $3 for a cup of cocoa you best not make it with a .15 Swiss miss packet.
Drinks were constantly emtpy and was not brought water with my hot cocoa. When the cocoa was empty I was not offered anything.
Dirty plates stayed on the table til we left.
This used to be my favorite place, yall clearly need new leadership.
Waitress seemed (too busy) to even ask how the food was, but we were only 2 people when there were only 9ish tables and 4 servers.
Manager never came by to check on us, we spent another 50 or so in the gift shop.
Won’t be back until I hear it’s better

I went there to grab a quick bit with my daughter. Due to time, I had to change my order to go. The server did her best but she forgot my salad, then she forgot my dressing. She was clearly having a rough day, which we all do. But she could have double checked to make sure my order was right before she bought it out to me. I will say that the young lady who seated us was super nice, and that set the stage fornus being more patient about my order. The catfish was also delicious!

This place does not shine at 8am on a Monday. Floor was slippery but oddly sticky at the same time. The chairs, table, and everything else seemed to be sticky to the touch. Not the iHop sticky that stays with you till you shower sticky, just that sticky that nags at the back of your mind making you wonder what the kitchen is like.
Someone customized a menu with creative art work.
The staff was helpful, food was as good as always. Service was quick. Over all a decent experience.
