Solid place for American cuisine. Started with the southwestern egg rolls and triple dip. Great portion size and taste. Half prize fish bowls on Wednesdays! Burger was delicious. Kids meals were great size for the price!

Skyler was our waiter and I loved the energy and the suggestions he brought to the table from start to finish. He was always engaging with us and making sure we did not lack for anything. Skyler approach made me feel as if I was a new customer to BW just by the way he was attentive to our needs although we’re returning customers because I did not know anything about squash and zucchini even being offered, which was flavorful btw. I will sit in his area every time if I good. Food and drinks were top tier and delicious.

First time here. Everything was amazing from the time we walked in until the time we left. We ordered the trio dip for an appetizer, I highly recommend. The chicken tacos and queso wrap did not disappoint either. Definitely try their Macaroni and cheese when you go!!!!! We were from out of town but will definitely make a trip back just to come to this restaurant. Also service was amazing!!!! She was very informative and had a fun interaction. I hate it can’t remember her name to give her a special shout out

Me and some friends went out to eat here for one of our friend’s birthday for the first time. We’re from out of town. Daniel was our server and he was AWESOME! He’s so friendly, communicative, and offered suggestions on food and drinks on the menu! We all felt very well taken care of and we all tipped him WELL. Our meal and drinks was delicious!!

My experience was terrible I placed a to go order at the bar and it took over 30 minutes for me to get my food. The bartender was very nonchalant and when asked to check on my food he took almost 5 minutes to get back with me as if he had to go and make it. Upon getting home I noticed my burger was dry and over cooked and my husband burger was pink on the inside. The food was just thrown together and my husband burger had onions when I clearly stated no onion no pickles. I’m now being told I have to talk to Hr to receive a refund.

Hubby and I stopped by here one evening after attending an Alabama game. The wait time for to be seated was not long at all. The waitress was nice. I ordered a mojito and it was good. Once we placed our order for our food it took forever for it to come out. We waited at least 20-25 for our food to come out. When we ask our waitress about the wait time she asked us were we in a hurry. What kind of question is that! Once we asked about our food then it came out. I had wings a fries I gave it a 3/10 my wings were not good to me. I think this place is over hyped. Save your money and go someplace else.

Update! For some reason I can’t get the Mac and cheese pasta to come out like it’s prepared at the BIG Whiskey in Alabaster. I’m going to stop ordering it for a while.
