My most recent experience at this location was very disappointing. The crew was rude and unfriendly. While I was still placing my order, I was rushed to pull forward to the window. Once there, I continued to feel rushed and was even told, “the line is long,” as if my time or money didn’t matter. When I received my order, the cheese on my sandwiches was cold, and when I mentioned it, I was told, “we only melt the cheese if you ask.” I’ve been coming to this location for a long time and have never had to ask for my toasted sandwich to have melted cheese. I didn’t appreciate the attitude or the change in service, especially as a regular customer.

The donuts are ultra fresh, at this location. The service is decent. I’ve never had an issue. The seating area isn’t that tidy. It probably could be less chairs and tables since it’s a smaller location. And who idea was it to put chairs next to the bathroom? And, speaking on the bathroom, does that ever get cleaned? It is horrific!

Oof, go here frequently but this Sunday experience will be my last at this location… Tried to sell me a latte that was essentially just milk and even after I made them add an extra shot to compensate it was still whiter than any coffee has any right to be. They keep pushing on skimping us and get mad when we notice? They doubled down rather than just correcting their mistake and business is not an excuse for that! Go elsewhere there’s another down the street

I am so disappointed I loved coming to this establishment and this was my go to dunkin but today one of their signs outside fell almost hitting my vehicle and not one single employee even bothered to check to check on me and my son. Meanwhile my son is screaming about the sign falling scared to death the employees had by standers help pick up the sign to get it out the way but did not even bother to take a few seconds to see if we were okay. I should not be surprised since when I went to ask for a fork the 2 employees were disusing dealing with previous complaints from customers by dismissing their complaints. Super unprofessional.

Every time I come here service is fast and prompt. Never an issue with my order. I come about 3 to 4 times a week. They do a great job. Parking lot is tight and drive thru set up frequently backs up into Joppa road but that’s a location issue vs anything service/coffee/food related

I hope this is the correct DD. It’s located off Joppatowne Rd and there is a CARROL FUEL across the street. Excellent service and the food is fresh. However, this morning, I witnessed the cashier at the drive thru collecting payment then went back to prepare the food. She didn’t change her gloves or wash her hands in between. I will NEVER return to this DD ever again! This is nasty work and someone could get sick. 10/20 @6:14a

I came in town to see my grandfather and we actually spent probably an hour or so sitting and chatting. They were cleaning the floor in detail when we walked in but everything was clean and well cared for.
The man who took our order was fast and polite, but minor misunderstanding in me asking for “half and half” cream, I think they gave me half cold brew half iced coffee with no cream. It was hard to catch anyone’s attention inside at that point but I went to ask for half and half and another woman grabbed up 2 of the little sealed cups to hand me without saying anything and went back to work, but whatever I mixed those in and it was fine.
Overall a good spot to pop in and have a quick chat over coffee and donuts.

I ordered Egg-cheese on croissant on Thursday morning but they put bacon as well. I don’t eat bacon so I have to throw away. I didn’t have time to come back to your store since I was rushing late for work. Looks like I won’t be back to your store due to not listening my order properly, wasting food and dollar.
