I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but after a couple visits with declining service each time, I felt it was important to share this experience.
We were seated in the front-left section of the restaurant. Our server appeared visibly frustrated and disengaged from the start, which set an uncomfortable tone. Throughout our meal, we were brought dirty plates on more than one occasion, and when we asked for a drink refill (only once), it felt as though we were inconveniencing her.
The overall cleanliness of the establishment was also concerning. The walls next to our table were visibly dirty and appeared to be covered in old food splashes, dirt, or both. This made the dining area feel unclean and poorly maintained.
In addition, the food quality did not feel up to standard for the pricing. For nearly $80 for lunch, we expected better overall quality, and unfortunately that was disappointing on its own. Being treated this way on top of underwhelming food and cleanliness issues made the experience even more frustrating.
We made a point to clean up our table before leaving to make things easier. As we were walking toward the front, the server stopped us abruptly and asked rather sharply, if we were done. We confirmed that we were and continued toward the front because we did not have cash on us and intended to obtain cash there to leave a tip.
Before we even reached the front, the server ran after us and loudly stated, “Tips are very much appreciated, you guys,” then instructed us to go to the front to get cash for her. This created an uncomfortable and unnecessary scene, especially since we were already in the process of doing exactly that. We had no opportunity to explain before being called out publicly.
While we always plan to tip and appreciate service staff, this interaction felt hostile and inappropriate. Instead of feeling welcomed, we left feeling like a burden, and the experience ended in embarrassment rather than resolution.
We won’t be returning as this was our last ditch effort to give this place another try. We hope this review may help them to be better going forward.

Mainstream buffet style restaurant, I’ll be honest, the best thing is the steak and the fish, other food was cold. Disappointed with the soft serve ice cream was more ice than cream the bourbon chicken just tasting of salt and the pot roast looked juicy but was dry, not sure how they made it like that. Cheese cake was fine the other cakes so so. The only saving grace was the wonderful waitress working her butt off with a smile and a few of the other staff were ok , everyone else look like they did not want to be working there. I won’t be back this was my first time too.

Today 1/31/26 was my 3rd time coming here and now I can safely say that this is just another establishment ruined by subpar service and food. Each time has been a problem with the food and a huge problem with service. The little Hispanic lady at the front has got to be the rudest and least people friendly host I have ever encountered in ANY establishment Ive ever visited. She treated my blind elderly father terribly and she should be ashamed of herself. I am sure its because he is white as she was extremely friendly and accommodating to the Hispanic families that came in while we were there. Who in their right mind sits a blind elderly man with mobility problems at the very back of the restaurant as far away from the food and bathroom as possible? Why was the server refusing to bring new glasses of drinks for us and instead taking our glasses and refilling them? Last time I came there was hair in the food and was served raw food. So many food safety violations and everything just gets swept under the rug as you get handed a voucher to come and get treated badly and receive terrible food for free next time smh. Never again. I have learned my lesson

What turkey looked like when we got there around 4:30. Looked the same when we left about an hour later. We were told fresh turkey would be coming out soon. Never happened.

Pretty standard as far a Golden corral goes. Not really top of the line, but not the bottom either. They had a great selection of different things to choose from, and food seemed to be rotated out before sitting too long. I had to pass on the dessert because a hoarde of kids went through and just destroyed everything, but thats not really the restaurants fault.

I love to eat, and this place have a wide variety of food and deserts to choose from, dishes are clean and so are the tables and floors , at least when I was there they were, staff did a good job also, you will def leave there stuffed and maybe over stuffed. I’d recommend this place to family and friends. Good place to eat !

We went latter in the evening the food was old, the nacho cheese i had to stir do to being old. The ribs were horrible. The chicken was old and been out for a while. The customer service was good. The tables are arranged nicely little crowded at times. Some of the tables would be difficult for people in wheelchairs, walkers, or larger people. They offer a wide range of food. My family has been going there for years.

The manager, George, is a jerk to deal with. He hasn’t changed since he first started there. Truly disappointed that he is still there. If you have a complaint he ignores it and walks off. I have yet to have him actually address an issue. Waited 10 minutes for a well done piece of steak and then the cook gives it to someone else so I have to wait longer….let’s only cook one to well done at a time. Instead of seeing how George can help the cook get more people served faster, or get more well done steak for several people waiting, George just walks off.
