My wife had the Chicken, salad and loaded baked potatoe, I had the Longhorn steak, salad and loaded baked potatoe. My wife’s chicken was over cooked and her baked potato was definitely not loaded. My Longhorn steak was not bad, a little over cooked, and the loaded baked potato was not loaded. When you say LOADED, I expect a big glob of sour cream, cheese, hand full of chives and bacon bits. Our loaded baked potatoes, had very little sour cream, almost no cheese, chives, or bacon bits; Look at the photo, you can barely see any sour cream, cheese, chives or bacon bits. My wife and I are having our 45th Wedding Anniversary the end of this month and I thought about coming here for our dinner. My wife said absolutely not, and I had to agree with her. The best thing was our service. We were a party of 9, and our Server, Nadiah, was fantastic, she continuously checked on us and took care of us. I haven’t been to a Longhorn Steakhouse in about 15 years, it was my Daughter in Law’s choice, tonight, for her birthday. I suspect I will not be back for a while, or until someone choses for me. My granddaughter had the kids, chicken tenders and fruit, which she ate, so I know that it must have been good. If your going to call it loaded baked potato, then please load it.

The longhorn steak was cooked and tasted absolutely perfectly. The service was friendly and the loaded potatoes were spectacular. The Tonion starter was a bit over salted but great. The prices are very reasonable for the great taste and service. Nice atmosphere as well.

Best meal I’ve had in a while! I got the Flo’s fillet with the parmesan crust, a baked potato with butter and sour cream, and we ordered the spinach, cheese, and chips appetizer. The person who was supposed to wait on us was super busy, so we had a few different people serve us after waiting a little while. The food was so good, I almost had a “When Harry Met Sally” moment.

When we had been seated our water brought and order was taken quickly. Our salad was great and steak was seasoned perfectly!
The only gripe I would have is the bread was not brought out without us asking about 12 minutes after we had been seated.

Excellent service! The Lobster and mashed potatoes, steak and baked potato were cooked perfectly! Admittedly for a land locked state, a little tough, still delicious. The margaritas were sweet. Was a wonderful nightcap for a 1st date.

The dinner was phenomenal as always! Our waiter Roosevelt was absolutely outstanding! Super friendly, super efficient…he picked the other half’s dinner tonight and just knocked it out of the park. The whole staff was great. They all joked and laughed with each other as well as us. We got to meet the manager Sedrick and he was super funny! Always have a good experience at the location by Metro. Can’t wait to go back again and I hope we get to have Roosevelt as our server again!! Thank you so much for making this such a wonderful dining experience. You will see us very soon again!

Best customer service! Kimberly was so nice and on top of everything. She definitely went above and beyond for us. I ask for my steak to be redone because it wasn’t pink enough, immediately put in an order. A minute later, I’m assuming management came to check on us and personally back the new steak. It was the best steak I had! I’m sitting at home almost 2 hours later still eating the leftovers. This was my first time trying LongHorn and honestly I’m so happy I went. Definitely will be coming back. Thank you guys for being so amazing!!

A customer was taking up two seats at the bar. When we asked if one was available, she attempted to give it to someone else instead, which was frustrating and unnecessary.
As for the service, Janne, the bartender, was disappointing tonight. The forced smile didn’t make up for the lack of attentiveness or empathy. The service felt rushed and careless, which resulted in us choosing not to leave a tip. Hopefully, next time the experience will be better.

I went to LongHorn Steakhouse today for dinner with my girlfriend, and we had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted, making us feel right at home. Our waitress, Emma, was amazing so attentive and incredibly courteous best waitress we have ever had! We also had the pleasure of meeting Julian’s mom (forgot her name) who wasn’t our waitress but was serving other tables. Even so, she came over to chat with us, bringing so much warmth and laughter to our evening. She was genuinely funny and made us feel so welcome. The food was incredible, the service was top notch, and it’s rare to find a place where every staff member makes you feel at home. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location!
