We ordered with Chick-Fil-A not just because the food is great but because Inna has been wonderful with helping us every time. All the food was delicious and on time. Inna goes over and above every time we order and one of the biggest reasons we keep going back. She is helpful, considerate and on time every time. We are so happy to be able to work with her.

I went to get some breakfast at 7 am this morning. It took 3-5 minutes for anybody to acknowledge me in the drive thru and once I was acknowledged I was met with a nasty attitude. The worker read back my order as a Large drink, I had asked for no ice so I said “Yes just with no ice please.” She got an attitude and just said yeah. When she gave me my food she didn’t say anything to me just handed my food she didn’t check the back or reread the receipt to me. I know chick-fil-a has high standards of service and I was very surprised and disappointed. I never write reviews but this was very disappointing to me. The workers name was Kiarah. I’m not sure if she was new, but some feedback is needed.

As others have posted, make sure you check your order thoroughly at this location. Ordered muffin, got a biscuit… ordered egg… got no egg… was in a rush, sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes… complained to their Chick Fil A Cares… it said someone will follow up with me from this location and I got no response. I stopped here while on a road trip specifically because Chick-fil-A is normally very fast. This had to have been my slowest experience ever at a Chick-fil-A. I ordered my meal very quickly, but it was a long time before they brought it. Then I went to get a refill and order ice cream and had to wait forever to place that order. It was not a fast stop at all.

This is the greatest Chick Fi La of all time. The workers are helpful, respectful and efficient. I have lived in Ormond my whole life and continue to go to this specific establishment because of the impeccable service and quality of each meal. I would give them 1000 stars if I could!!!

love the system they have here, thursday i came here for the spicy chicken sandwich add cheese and a fry, i was pretty hungry and that sounded amazing so i had super high expectations, it was good flavor wise but finished this much until i couldn’t handle the texture anymore, i remember chick fil a being more crunchy and fresh but yeah it was fine! fries are plain but still good

Cashed in my reward points for a quick brownie and frozen coffee. The app kicked my rewards out of my order chick fil a was quick to respond and fix the issue. Didn’t care much for the club sandwich.
I really hate to say the best analogy I can come up with is the chicken club sandwich tasted like I was chewing up cigarettes this is by no means a reflection on chick fil a because they go above and beyond but I will never eat another club sandwich again.
for anyone reading this the answer is YES I have chewed up cigarettes before FYI

I recently dined at Chick-fil-A and had a great experience. The food was delicious, although the fries were a bit hard, which is rare for Chick-fil-A. However, the standout was the exceptional service – truly above and beyond. The atmosphere was pleasant, although there were some rowdy younger kids in the lobby, which is to be expected. On a positive note, having a kids’ playground at this location sets it apart from others and adds to the overall experience. Highly recommend!
#1 It’s definitely became a super busy place over the years since it came out I do think Chick-fil-A should get back to there old prices because there prices have soared way up! To expensive! Food and service is always great!

Food: 5 Stars. Chick-Fil-A is always top notch as far as fast food goes.
Service: 5 Stars. Fast, efficient and Professional. ‘David’ stopped by our table and gave us mints and hand sanitizing wipes.
Facilities: 4 Stars. Pulling into the parking lot was like a maze; and We had to walk around to the side counter to order, which was crowded and basically blocking the walk to the restrooms.
Military discount for only those actually in uniform at the time of ordering.
STAFF WAS AWESOME.
