We visited the Heritage Square location . The wait was about an hour which passed quickly due to the outdoor activities at Arizona Science Cener next door. Our meal started with some warm crusty bread and olive oil. I would have been happy just eating that. The pizza crust was soft and flavorful. We got the fennel sausage on one pizza and pepperoni on another both were great. We were able to find street metered parking. There is also valet and an available parking garage.

Visited the spot featured on Chef’s Table: Pizza. The pizza is truly delicious — great flavor and texture. Salad is just ok.
Service is fast.
The interior is very simple and a bit old, but the outdoor seating is cozy, and I’d definitely choose to sit outside.
The downside is that they offer valet parking only, which isn’t very convenient.

Well worth the hype. It was packed even on a Monday afternoon, when we found outside seating. Quick service from helpful staff. Pizzas are absolute bomb, especially The Wiseguy — hands down the best. Second comes either the pistachio with cheddar OR feta with greens on top. Great combination both of them. You can’t go wrong here!

The Honest Insight
There was no wait we were seated immediately. The restaurant was clean and conveniently located. It’s smaller inside but outside seating and bar seating is available. There is a small lot in front for parking. The gentleman at the valet stand was very nice. The pizza was delicious. More of a personal size serving. Food came out fast. They have a VERY strict policy about only sitting complete parties.

Feedback for the manager. The young ladies (hostesses/ servers) were “friendly” but other members of my group and I could sense their annoyance in the way they handled our larger party as we did have a couple of stragglers . We were not trying to skirt your policy but were just simply unaware. A bit of patience and grace goes a long way.

The place was absolutely packed when we arrived, and honestly, I think it’s a bit overrated. The atmosphere was fine and the staff were polite, but it took quite a while for our pizza to come out. My boyfriend really enjoyed it and thought the food was great, but to me everything tasted pretty average. Nothing was bad, but nothing stood out either. Overall, it was an okay experience — not terrible, just not as amazing as everyone seems to say.

My wife and I love Pizzeria Bianco it’s a must every time we come to visit my parents. My wife always get the the pistachio parm pizza her favorite here. I always switch it up. Pizzeria Bianco takes its ingredients and its service seriously. Every pizza is handmade and the possible combinations are creative and delicious. You cannot go wrong with any of the pizzas they offer. These are large pizzas for one person so sharing might be a better way to go. 100% recommend!

If I could give negative stars, I would. This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Someone highly recommended Pizzeria Bianco and told me it was “hard to get into,” so I came in with high expectations. ‍♂️
Right off the bat, the valet greeted me with “It’s $10 to park and I work off tips,” which immediately felt awkward and off-putting. I went inside and was seated at the bar since I was dining solo and didn’t want to take up a table. The bartender dropped off a glass of ice water I never asked for and immediately asked if I knew what I wanted. I told her it was my first time there. She pushed for a drink, so I ordered a Coke. She brought a glass bottle Coke with another full glass of ice without asking. Now I’ve got water I won’t drink and ice I won’t use.
While waiting for my pizza, another guest sat down and was instantly served bread with oil for dipping. I never received any, nor was it offered. That didn’t sit right. My cheese pizza finally arrived and honestly… it was just okay. The sauce was bland, the cheese was nothing special, and the crust was burnt. Definitely not worth the hype.
The breakdown? $29.19 for a small burnt pizza, $6 tip, and $12 total for parking. That’s $47.19 to leave still hungry and extremely disappointed. ‍♂️ Is it because I dress casually like Adam Sandler? Who knows. But no one should feel treated differently based on appearance.
This is exactly why I leave reviews across the country to hold businesses accountable. Everyone deserves the same level of service, and that’s not what I experienced here.

Atmosphere was great. Service was top level. Never went more than a few minutes without being checked up on. Food was phenomenal, taste off the charts, portion size was perfect. Local greens salad was also really delicious. Highly recommend Pizzeria Bianco to everyone

Pizzeria Bianco doesn’t scream. It whispers, and then stays with you.

We ordered the Biancoverde, and it tastes exactly like what restraint and confidence should be. Bright, herbal, balanced. No ingredient fighting for attention, just working together. It’s the kind of pizza that doesn’t need explaining, you just pause, chew, and nod. ¡PERFECTA!

On the side, the wood-roasted mushrooms were smoky, earthy, deeply comforting. Not a garnish. A statement.
The local organic greens with balsamic vinaigrette were crisp and honest, the kind of salad that exists to reset your palate, not pretend to be something else.

We paired it with Nebbiolo and an orange wine, and somehow both made sense. That’s the thing here: nothing feels accidental.

My husband finished with the flourless chocolate cake, dense, rich, unapologetic. This dessert doesn’t care if you’re full or not. It shows up anyway.

This isn’t hype pizza.
It’s quiet mastery.
Food made by someone who actually cares.

And yes, it’s worth the wait (60 minutes).

Service-wise, the experience was mixed. The host at the door could be warmer and more welcoming, the first impression felt a bit abrupt.
That said, the servers completely turned it around: attentive, kind, and genuinely thoughtful. Their care made the experience feel human again.
