The time I called and placed my order and still had to wait 30 minutes to find out that my order was not ready on top of a 15 minute after the fact. This food is terrible!! Fish taste nasty, shrimp breading coming off the shrimp.fries yellow and look like they cost a 1 dollar a bag..The fries got old 2 minutes after I ordered. No good!! There was an instant good vibe coming into the restaurant immediately! Customer service and the cashier was very polite and attentive to your needs. Hosts were respectful too meet and greet atmosphere.

I ordered the 16 PC chicken, and the chicken taste very old, even though the temp was hot. Taste like chicken been thawed in fridge for 2 or 3 weeks.

I hadn’t gone to Captain JJ’s (Elvis Presley location) in a long time so I decided to go tonight to get wings. I paid $30.82 for a 20 piece whole wings with Fries. It also came with a soda but I forgot to get it. I tried a couple of the wings and they were dark on the inside so I couldn’t eat them. Then I smelled one of them and they smelled bad. I called the store to tell them the wings were bad and he asked if I had the ticket. While I was looking for the ticket he hung up. I tried calling back and the phone was going straight to voicemail so I decided to go to the store. After telling him about the wings, he asked me why didn’t I bring all of them back. I explained we tried a few so bringing them back was not an option. I will never go there again and would never recommend this place to anyone. They never apologized or anything. I really hate this because I know for a fact that Whitehaven patronizes the place.

Bought a 3pc Big-boned Buffalo Fish dinner and paid for an extra piece. One pc was old and chewy. The other was greasy, and not completely cooked. Fries were soggy with grease. Called back and complained… was told to come back next morning. Went back and was only given ONE piece of fish, nothing else. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!! This location isn’t good like the one on South 3rd St.
