Very cozy place located next to a provincial road. Parking was a bit difficult, but a member of the staff pointed us to a place to park.

I won’t be able to give a good enough rating or review for this steakhouse .. as they exceeded my expectations in all aspects .. super cozy place, amazing and polite staff, service is super fast .. the food was another level of perfection.. the steaks was served the exact way I like them .. we went there with a group of 8 people and was amazing for everyone .. highly recommended

Our order was taken immediately. It took a while for the food to come (obviously, good ribs take time!), the meat and the vegetables, everything was fresh. Because our order took a while to come, we even received a soup on the house.
The staff was frendly and attentive. And the portions were huge and delicious. We enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be coming back!

Never have I experienced such poor service.
We arrived and chose a table outside. It took 5 minutes before we were even able to place our first order for drinks. After the drinks arrived, it took another 20 minutes before the staff came to take our food order. The food itself was decent, but after waiting 50 minutes, it simply wasn’t worth it.
The overall service was extremely disorganized. Staff left dirty plates on the table, and even when new guests sat down, no effort was made to clear or prepare the space properly.
I strongly suggest that management reconsiders their service strategy, as both the team and the workflow seemed unstructured. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place—especially if you value your time.

Was there twice this week. This restaurant grinds my gears ⚙️ If you like meat? Little place of heaven. They got you covered. Wish to have beef, chicken, ribs and pork in one go. No, problem they have a dish ready for you, with an inspiring name. Are you up for ‘The Killer’ ? 😉

This place has the best ribs in Groningen for sure. It’s a lovely steakhouse next to the Winschoterdiep with plenty of parking space. The atmosphere is wonderful and the desserts are truly amazing.

Okay food, not really special. The service was a bit chaotic. We asked is we could first have the appetizers and later on order the main dish. But this was not possible. I had the mustard soup which was way to spicy. The mustard took over the whole dish. The salad bar is one of the saddest things I have seen. From the outside it looks a little bit weird, but from the inside it is very cosy.

A great atmospheric place just outside Groningen. The ribs (huge portion)are more than fantastic and come with a big portion of fries, mashed potatoes, a salat bar and what not. Visit this place!
