You know those rare places that just feel good the moment you walk in? This is one of them. From the first bite to the last song playing, the whole experience was pure joy.
I had the birria tacos — and oh my goodness, they were perfection. Crispy edges, melty cheese, tender meat, and that dipping sauce… it’s the kind of flavor that makes you close your eyes and smile.
The vibe was everything — 80’s music playing, me singing under my breath (okay maybe not so quietly ), and the friendliest staff who made me feel completely at home. They even brought me a slice of red velvet cake just because — and that unexpected sweetness meant more than they’ll ever know.
It’s not just good food here — it’s good energy. Fresh, soulful, and full of heart.

I went today and the staff is so kind, and the food is amazing. The portions a very large and tasty. Please check this place out it has genuine Mexican food, and a variety of drink options including boba! Thank you El Pampano we will definitely be back!!

I was in the mood for Mexican and contemplated just making tacos at home or going to a franchise Tex mex place but decided to try out this local place and I’m so glad I did. I ordered the Birria Quesatacos and this might be some of the best Mexican food I’ve had in my life! Everything was so hot,fresh and flavorful. The 2 dips that came with it took what was already delicious and made it even better. It came with 3 but I only ate 2 , trying to save one for later but we will see how this goes. Also I can’t forget how nice the staff was when I walked in and how clean the establishment was. I’ve been here since July for work from South Carolina and passed this place for the longest and this is my first time stopping by. My wife will be in town next week and I already told her I have to bring her here(we’re foodies lol). If you’re in Pueblo and looking for amazing Mexican food and wonderful staff check these folks out! You won’t be disappointed!!

The food was fresh and flavorful! They also have a delicious array of salsas! We had enchiladas and the birria tacos. The rice and beans were also pretty tasty! Can’t wait to go back and try some other menu items!

The food is the best Mexican food we have had since moving from Houston to Southeast Colorado! Big portions and seasoned perfectly. The beans were delicious and the rice was flavorful and fluffy. I had the order for one of carnitas nachos. Delicious! My husband had the asada taco plate and he loved them.
The person at the counter was so welcoming and friendly. The service was top notch. We will definitely be back. They surprised us with a red velvet cake as we finished up our food. Yum! They have other baked goods and fresh aqua frescas as well as real sugar soft drinks. Clean and inviting atmosphere.

I love tacos. But today made me realize how much I actually love tacos. The moment I pulled up, I was kind of skeptical about the location. Until I walked in. It was not what I expected. Instantly it was like I knew this was the right place to be. The owner was very very friendly. Had a good conversation, told me about his creation, explained the menu in detail, told us about the local swim spot, and even explained the authenticity of his fountain drinks. Real ingredients, not alterations. I will DEFINITELY be coming back! I am also going to recommend to anyone and everyone – don’t knock it til you try it! I love his music Playlist! Very nostalgic and all of the classic hits we grew up with as 80s and 90s kids.

I have been looking to buy a dozen of tamales in pueblo and came across this place to try. Flavor good but not alot of meat. More masa and this Pic shows alot of masa. 3 tamales that were more masa then meat. You can see the part of tamale that it was more masa then meat. I will never buy from here again.
