I went through the drive thru 11/21 around 10:45am. The guy taking my order was so pleasant, he had great energy, he made me laugh. When I pulled up to the window, the woman taking my payment was just as chipper. I loved it. Unfortunately, whomever was at the stove smashed and burnt my bacon croissant sandwich. On top of that, they put cheese on it after they took it off the heat because it was still cold. I bought a cookie they were advertising where all proceeds went to help kids and that cookie was hard and dry. Needless to say, I wasn’t impressed with the food but the service was awesome. I didn’t eat the sandwich or the cookie because they were no longer appealing to eat. I gave them 2 stars overall because the people running the drive thru were amazing. Service was 5 star, food was not.

I haven’t been to Tim Hortons in a long time. I had a great experience in the drive-thru this morning with Armony (I may be spelling it wrong, sorry). He was so friendly, kind, and upbeat! It literally lifted my mood and spirits. I ordered a decent amount of food as well and everyone in my group enjoyed their items. I liked the new apple cinnamon oatmilk coffee. I will definitely return.

Yesterday, I went through the drive thru around 11 am. Fast service and friendly staff. The medium white hot chocolate and a toasted multi grain bagel with strawberry cream cheese were as I ordered and as expected. I’d rate this visit 4 stars. However….
Two of the three other times I’ve gone to this location over the past 4 – 5 months, I’ve ordered their cafe mocha, which used to be my favorite drink there for years. It was 2.5 stars at best. Very weak tasting, like it was made with a powdered mix and they used maybe half as much as they should have.
The other one of the three times I went in for a birthday treat for my son with my family (six of us total) and we ordered a dozen donuts and several drinks which were all very good. The gentleman who waited on us was not only very nice, but very patient while each of us in our group decided on two donuts each of the dozen. I’d give this visit 5 stars.
Also, I’ve met up with people for small group meetings three or four times a year at this location and the service is always good and the location clean.
Overall, I’d give this location 4 stars as long as you don’t order the cafe mocha (and, lesson learned, always try your drink before you leave!).

The drive thru here is truly amazing. I don’t know his real name, but R Money does a fantastic job. He is always upbeat and funny. He is one of those rare individuals who own his job and makes the customer experience better. I have never had an incorrect order here. Coffee is always hot and tastes fresh. Today my daughters’ frozen lemonades were perfect too.

Today I had the pleasure of being served by Aden at Tim Hortons and I must say he made my day. Not only did he prepare a delicious coffee that hit the spot perfectly, but he did it with genuine respect and a polite demeanor that stood out. Aden greeted me with a warm smile and made sure my order was just right. It’s rare to find someone who takes pride in both their service and their attitude, but Aden is clearly one of those people. His professionalism and kindness turned a routine stop into a memorable experience. Tim Hortons is lucky to have him. Keep up the great work Aden!

This is the only Tim Hortons I will go to. I don’t know the guy’s name that takes orders and runs drive thru most times in mornings.. He’s funny , positive and friendly. He made a very bad morning I was having a week ago a lot better by being so funny. Making me smile for the first time that morning. And I thank him for that! i work in retail and I know most businesses hear more negative then good. Every time I’ve gone here everything is good. Keep up the great food and service. And again thank you for making my day better.
