I went through the drive through as I typically do when I am in a hurry and it seems like whenever I use the drive through and don’t check the coffee right away to make sure it’s done correctly,I get half or quarter cup missing out of my coffee,or Way too much ice and not Enough toppings even when I order extra and pay for it. The bakery items are hard and not fresh as well. Please do better Caribou.

This sucks. I used to love this location. I have not taken a sip since picking up my coffee but it seemed lighter than usual. I get home open it up and there’s quiet a bit of coffee missing… this is what I got for $7 AND I TIPPED. Also to add, I stopped by on the day it was buy one get one free and drive thru did not let me know about this deal I instead paid for 2 coffees…oh well…right?

SO SLOW. Cars or not cars you will sit for atleast 10 minutes. I’ve sat with one car in front of me for a solid 8 minutes, just waiting. They are short with their words and I have only met one guy that was kind and not just abrupt. This caribou legit is awful.

found a dead fruit fly in my caramel high rise cooler lid… really liked this place but now i will not be going back to this location. also took 2 hours for delivery.

I love Caribou, my boyfriend and I are loyal customers, but they KEEP doing this. After removing all the ice in the caramel high rise coffee—which we asked for no ice, but ultimately had to do it ourselves—this is what was left. This has happened multiple times when we ask for no ice, almost like corporate doesn’t allow their workers to remove the ice to sell us the idea that we are getting a decent drink, but we clearly aren’t. Look at the matcha as well. I understand matcha is supposed to have foam, but there is literally a quarter of a cup gone and if you remove all the ice, you are left with not even half of the cup of actual matcha. For the price and what we’re actually getting from Caribou now is not worth it. Don’t think this is acceptable.

Ordered through the drive thru and it may have been too early because the young lady that took our order had a slight attitude. Coffee was good though, the food not so much. I had the Lumberjack and the bacon was undercooked and full of a sauce that, I don’t even know what it was BECAUSE it didn’t mention it on the drive thru menu. Not that great, but they aren’t known for the sandwiches.

Today I went caribou drive up keiren A was the server ,but Nik gave me food and took money. My complaint is when you give someone there change don’t drop it in there hand high so money fall on ground. Used receipt. Put change on top so doesn’t fall.on ground. Bad service.
