Bryan helped us today. Never been here before. Couldn’t have any of their seafood due to allergy but could have their steak or chicken. Today, chose the steak for lunch with fries and buttery baked potato. Done just right. Bryan was very helpful and friendly. It was fairly slow in the restaurant, so it was pretty quiet. The more into the afternoon, the more busy and noisy it got. Next time I will have to try the chicken.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Fantastic Dining Experience at Red Lobster!

I recently visited Red Lobster in Murray, UT and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a clean and comfortable dining area that made it easy to relax and enjoy the meal. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make sure everything was perfect.

The food was the real star of the visit. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits were as incredible as ever—warm, buttery, and impossible to stop eating. My entrée was cooked exactly right, with fresh, flavorful Shrimp and Salmon that tasted like it came straight from the coast. The portions were generous, and everything—from the seasoning to the presentation—was top-notch.

What truly stood out was the consistency and quality of service. Whether it was refilling drinks, checking in at the right moments, or offering great suggestions from the menu, the Manager Parker Park went above and beyond!

If you’re craving delicious seafood in a friendly, welcoming environment, this Red Lobster is absolutely worth the visit. I highly recommend it and I’ll definitely be coming back!!

We hope we get her every time we come to this location for work….looks like she practices the golden rule of treating others as I want to be treated. Paying attention to detail with the order and making us feel comfortable. Customer care is superb.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Brian Deserves a Raise, a Trophy, and Unlimited Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Our waiter Brian was an absolute legend. I’m convinced he has superpowers—he somehow kept our drinks full, our biscuits hot, and our spirits high without ever breaking a sweat. He anticipated what we needed before we did. Psychic? Possibly.

He recommended dishes like he wrote the Red Lobster menu himself, and everything came out perfect. Honestly, Brian carried the entire restaurant on his back that night.

Definitely recommend asking for Brian’s section- there’s 2, make sure you ask for B-R-I-A-N!

Been here a few times but we must say Mandy was exceptional! She was pleasant, respectful and got our orders right. The food takes some time to come out but we ordered the shrimp and pasta and it was delicious. The seafood boils are tasty as well. Plenty of parking and seating inside. Clean restaurant and would come back again

Decided to give Red Lobster another shot after several years, and while the food and service were actually great, the “new direction” is a bit concerning.
We came in for Lobsterfest and walked out with a $200 check for three people. Between the $50 entrees and the upcharged premium sides, the math just doesn’t add up for a casual night out anymore.
The Good:
The staff was excellent—friendly and attentive.
The food was solid; no complaints on quality or taste.
The Reality Check:
Red Lobster used to be the reliable spot for a family celebration or a “nice” seafood craving that didn’t break the bank. Now, it feels like new management is trying to turn it into a premium, high-end destination. The problem is, they’re stuck in no-man’s-land: it’s getting too expensive for families, but the atmosphere is still too casual for the “fine dining” crowd.
I wish corporate luck with the rebranding, but unless I win the lottery, I don’t think we’ll be back. If you go, just be prepared to pay “steakhouse prices” for what is still a casual mall-adjacent restaurant.

Also PS forgot to add that the bathroom has a little bit of a cork in the men’s room. Guess something must be vibrating over there in the kitchen. So if you go do your business in the bathroom stall and you hear the door vibrating a little bit and I guess don’t be too freaked out. And also you guys turn down the music a little bit. I understand you’re trying to go for a different vibe, but I still want to have a conversation and eat my food without music blasting
