This is without a doubt the worst run chic fil a in the country. I keep coming here hoping they will get more efficient but it doesn’t happen. They won’t open both drive through lanes. They won’t use the mobile ordering app. Plan on spending 25 minutes in the drive thru.

There was so many people inside. The poor cashiers taking orders were doing the best they could. It’s flu season and people are packed inside so close to each other. The food was good though. We got ours to go.

Ordered a large drink with my meal. I repeated large drink and fries to the girl taking the orders IN person. At the window was handed a medium drink. My husband said we ordered a large. They asked what our ticket said, we saw she had wrung it up incorrectly. Instead of giving me a whole large which is WHAT I ordered, she (the manager) handed my husband a “small to make a large.” Fries were cold. Honey Dijon sucked. Pretzel chicken sandwich was subpar. McDonald’s has better food and customer service than you. Dueces.

This location has some major issues with getting an order correct. The last two trips through the drive-thru had a combination of my order being incorrect and both times items were missing. Seeing as home is 25 mins away, this is really an inconvenience that has become frustrating. I’ve had them read back the order to me so I know that’s correct. And I know they have the name right. Upon arriving home and looking at the receipt, I was certainly charged for the items I ordered. That always seems the case no matter where you go. When was the last time you were undercharged? LOL!
I think I will avoid going back until management performs some better training/re-training. The line moves much slower than it used to. Employee turnover perhaps? This location does not have the machine-like accuracy it once did. That’s a real shame because they use to impress me every time I went.

Best restaurant in Orangeburg, South Carolina, as evidenced by the fact that we could barely get in the door of the place on a Friday evening in January at suppertime. We waited for God’s Chicken on one side of the restaurant by the main parking lot door along with 10 other groups who were getting their orders just as fast as the crew could make them. The double line for the drive-thru was just as busy with the line stretching all the way around the restaurant and back out into the street on the same side of the restaurant with people waiting about 200 ft to turn in.

By far the worst Chik-fil-a I’ve ever been to. The car line was going nowhere outside. I went inside and one lady kept asking why certain orders were sitting on the counter. People kept coming in from the drive through because they were missing food from their orders. There are staff standing around doing nothing. It was chaos and completely inefficient. We got our food and it was missing items. Don’t come to this one… it’s not good.

I never had a poor experience with this location until today. My order was the 8 piece grill nugget with kale crunch salad for my side with the pineapple dragonfruit lemonade. I looked at my oder and asked is this how you are serving the kale salad? I was told yes we scaled back. I had to ask for my sweet and spicy sriracha sauce that was on the receipt but not in the bag. I wasn’t even given anything to eat my food with and the kale salad was overdressed in the dressing. Highly disappointed with Chick-fil-a!

My family and I went there for breakfast and it was excellent. We came back for lunch the service and the atmosphere was great but when we got our food the waffle fries were not good when we inquire about some more the manager wanted to charge us again of course one of the managers did help us out with that we did file a complaint anyway when she the manager brought the fries she brought them in a bag they almost fell she didn’t say thank you she didn’t say anything and walked off. Very rude.

We were so excited to go to chick fila when we arrived the Experience was absolutely horrible. Ordered inside restaurant @ 5:30, didn’t receive food till 5:50, food was missing. I had to ask for our shakes and told the staff member how unorganized their process was . Manager was more worried about the drive thru than customers inside his restaurant.
