Best Birria I’ve ever had! They were loaded down with cheese and meat. The consome had a deep, smoky, sweet, rich flavor that enhanced the flavor of the dish. The consome was also a little thicker than what I’ve had before which allowed the broth to stick to the taco better. 10/10 will be back to get some more of those! Cannot recommend enough.

Amazing food, friendly atmosphere amd great service. You get a lot of food for a great price. They have the best quesa-birria!!! These are similar two quesadillas, but they are loaded with much more meat and cheese and have a special dipping sauce. I recommend getting it. It will change your life for the better

Oh wow!! This is a fantastic Food Truck/ Patio style restaurant. The food was made with amazing love and the freshest of ingredients. I cannot say it was the best mexican/latin style food I’ve ever eaten, but it would be a lie if I said that it wasn’t. True Pensacola Gemstone!

Amazing food with such a great atmosphere!!! My partner and I always get the birria tacos and they are phenomenal! The owners are very sweet and friendly and you can really tell they put their soul into the food and service. By far one of our most visited and loved places in Pensacola!

It is super hard to find authentic food in America, but Carne Asada Darling did not come to play.

Got there just before they closed today lol, it was Absolutely phenomenal, got the birria tacos. So freaking flavorful and the Consommé was amazing, highly recommend supporting these folks. Good people.

Bought a quesadilla and a sandwich while on a visit to Pensacola for some puppy knee surgery. This is a food truck next to a gas station, so you’re not having your anniversary dinner here (maybe), so don’t expect stellar ambience. But, they have a cover over the seating area and it’s even decorated. We got our food to go from some sweet folks and it was quick. Food was hot and yummy with a couple of sauces thrown in. I had a beef sandwich with fries and she had a quesadilla. Recommended.
