Recommended by someone from Jacksonville and told me to check this spot out. We got here during the evening and already knew what we wanted which is a seafood boil. We waited maybe a few minutes before being seated. Service was on point. Food was more than expected and we enjoyed it. It was a lot of people there and everyone seems to be happy! I would go back next time I’m in Jacksonville.

Visited again and they did not disappoint.

We really enjoyed our time. The wait was not very long. It took a few minutes for a server to come greet us, but a manager checked on us and found our server. She said she was unaware that she had our table and provided great service throughout our visit. The drinks and food were amazing. We tried fried crawfish tails for the first time and were not disappointed. They had a seasoning on them that was so tasty. Three days later, I want more, but live too far away. The fried and steamed seafood was well cooked and plentiful. I look forward to visiting again.

I placed an order for Neck bones, 1/2 pound , and 1/2 pound order of sausages. I tasted one neck bone and it was tender , I tasted another one thinking just maybe it’s one that’s not tender. Majority of the neck bones were not tender one was . The seasoning was entirely too spicy it really didn’t have no flavor. Shrimp tasted it bland you would have had to dip the food in the sauce and it still was as good as it usually is. However, the waitress Adriana tried her best to accommodate me. She went to discuss my situation to the manager Makayla, not sure if this is how she spells her name. Adriana came back to the table and informed me that the manager said unfortunately, since I’ve had eating more than two, she can’t take it off. The management never came to me to find out how we could rectify the situation. See if maybe offer anything to me. Most managers would try to resolve the issues that the customer is having, however, she never came to me and said anything to me ,She relayed the message to her waitress. As I was waiting on my waitress to come back to the table with my credit card, I asked who was the young lady that just came to my table because she never introduced herself to me. All she asked me did my waitress come back to my table. I looked her up and down and I said yes, like who are the hell are you Why you didn’t introduce yourself and say hi my name is so so for two that is Unprofessional identify yourself when you come into a the customer halfway at some point, but for a manager, not to even come over to introduce themselves and explain the Bar not even never came to look at the food I had to point out to the wait . Before this meal came out, I had ordered a dozen of oysters, which was good. It was just too spicy. I had gotten the garlic butter with seasoning and didn’t expect to be spicy, but however, I got through it and it was wonderful. I ordered me a drink that was wonderful. I had it before I believe it was called a passion Margarita it excellent . Kudos the bartender. I was absolutely Floyd And I couldn’t even believe that she couldn’t have the decency to come over to look Even address the issue, you saying your waitress the waitress can’t make you a decision. She’s a waitress. She can’t override anything without your authority, but the fact that you didn’t even come look at the food I gave the food right back to the young lady. I don’t need it. It’s not my job to go home and try correct something that should have been corrected in the Restaurant. Again, Adriana did her thing.

I visited The Cajun Crab last night and had a great experience. The server, Mya, was very friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and my order came out very quickly.

I started with the hushpuppies, which were delicious. For my main meal, I went with the seafood boil, getting a half pound of shrimp and a half pound of crawfish. I chose the juicy special seasoning with a medium spice level. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing.

I would definitely return.

The food was good. I ordered the Cajun style seasoning and it still somehow needed more flavor. The music was loud and very inappropriate especially for a Sunday afternoon. I had high hopes. It did not meet them.
