Today we had the absolute best service from our waiter, Chris C. He truly made our lunch special. He was on top of everything, swinging by to check on us and share some great recommendations.
He suggested the lasagna fritters as an appetizer, and wow, they were incredible.
What really stood out was how he treated every single one of us like VIPs, from my husband to our little kids. He had a knack for making everyone feel noticed and cared for, which turned a regular meal into something memorable. That’s the kind of genuine, warm service that makes you feel like a million bucks.

Excellent Italian food place. Their service is the best and very professional, they make you feel at home!. Their dishes have their original flavor with incredible quality, I always recommend if you are a cheese lover to order a portion of extra cheese!! They have everything from salads, soups, lasagna, pasta and meals for children. The atmosphere, cleanliness and service are excellent. It is without a doubt my favorite place to go to eat with my family! 100 of 100 ! Eccellente!!

Came here for our 24 year Anniversary. And it was delicious. I got the Tour of Italy and it did not disappoint. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and delicious. And don’t forget the bread. Fresh and soft and delicious. We will definitely be coming back for our 25th.

The food was kind of dry and when I asked the waiter for extra sauce, he made a face like annoyed. We had to ask a waiter to find him for us in 2 different occasions. The 2nd was for the ticket and we ended having to pay with another waiter. My husband took a while to get to the truck cause by the time they come back with your change and the waiter was no where to be seen, so my husband left. I got off the vehicle to go back in to the restroom and my husband said that the waiter actually came to the truck to find him for he’s tip. He had not been a good waiter in the first place and then so unprofessional to go find him to get the tip. This was at the Olive Garden on frontage in McAllen.

Service was…lackluster. I don’t know who’s training the kitchen, but hair in my food should be FAR from normal in 2025! Almost 30 dollars for a dry chicken alfredo, and I couldn’t even have an appetite after. It’s going to take a lot for me to come back again.

My husband and I came to this location by the expressway and had the all you can eat salad and soup. Delicious as always but I gotta give mention our service was superb. VINCE was awesome! Super attentive and always checking on us. That’s what makes olive garden an A+ service restaurant. Thanks VINCE, we definitely coming back.
