Came for brunch place not too packed a handful of people service was fast, but the food was kinda cold for it not being rush hour.. I’ve been here before so I’ll come back just hope the food is warmer next time. It’s nice and calm plenty in and outdoor dining.

Maybe because of the current economy, there seem to be fewer customers than before. I remember avoiding this place in the past because even asking for an extra sauce felt difficult, but this time everyone was very friendly and made the meal comfortable. As for the taste, isn’t this place number one when it comes to tacos? In the end, kindness and fair pricing are the most important elements that keep both a restaurant and its customers coming back for the long run.

Not sure how King Taco in Pico stays in business. Their servings are small and there’s barely any meat on the tacos, sopes, or burritos. Definitely won’t be coming back here anymore.

This is my first time at a king taco, I ordered nachos de lengua and 2 tacos de camera. First off they have no lemons i repeat they have no lemons or limes at a taco place
The nachos have no sour cream,no guacamole it makes the nachos dry and tasteless, the meat is very dry.
The tacos are very dry and the meat not having any lemon or limes makes it even more dry. I will never eat at king taco again. Tacos gavilan is way better tasting and they have lemons.

Mixed emotions. I love king taco because of the carne asada flavor. It slaps the senses in the best way. This location was always so good then this last time about a month ago the burrito was more rice then meat, the meat was dry and tasted like goat, very gamey, the racos too, dry and gamey. I got very very sick, thought it was just me because this place is usually on point. Drove there today, it was closed because their hours changed and saw they have a B rating. Maybe thats the piece of the puzzle perhaps, hope it changes soon! Place always looks clean and the people are wonderful)

Love this place, this is one of my favorite taco places around, this is the closest one to my house which is about 25 min away but I don’t mind the long drive for some good food. The only downside is that they have long lines and crazy waiting times for your food but it’s worth the wait. Try to beat the rush hour and you should be good. Everything is so good and the meat is fresh and full of flavor. I have been a loyal customer for years and more to come. Give this place a shot it won’t disappoint.

Friendly staff inside but the security guard outside was terrible. Parking lot was full. I was in a truck so I tried to park all the way in the back by the dumpsters and there were cones up. No parking anywhere. So I put my hazards on and safely reversed out like everyone else waiting for a spot. I was blocking people in so I pulled forward into a handicap spot so these 4 edlerly ladies could pass and to get out of the way of other cars coming in. I kept my hazards on. With no intentions of getting out or staying. Security came over to my truck after watching the chaos on the parking lot just to harass me. I hadn’t even gotten out the car yet. He told me to park on the back. I just tried that’s why I had back back out and people are parked in front of other cars illegally. He pulled out his yphone and started taking pictures of my license plate. Security!!! I got out to explain to him I’m just getting food and leaving but there’s no parking so I’m just waiting here out of the way. After asking him to stop taking pictures multiple times, the truck next to me moved and I was able to park one space over (non-handicap). It was a completely unnecessary, nerve wrecking experience before I could even get safely inside the restaurant. I will never go back to this location if that guy is there.

What’s going on with the consistency ? There’s days the carne asada is juicy and full of flavor and then there’s other days where it’s extremely dry , I’ve been coming here for 17 years , and I gotta say this last time I went is definitely gonna be my last , I’m tired of my expectations being too high and getting scammed by receiving a burrito that’s super dry , people like me pay good money to receive what they want , as a long term customer that’s always defended this place from other peoples opinions , now I could see why they complain, because the meat is very dry to the point where you can’t eat it without something to drink.

The food is always good. The only bad experience is they don’t offer refills. They charge you full price. Other king taco locations offer half price refills.
