I haven’t ordered Domino’s in a while after getting a couple of pizzas I really didn’t like. However, I heard about their viral pizza (Garlic Parmesan sauce, extra cheese, Philly steak, bacon, and cheddar blend, well done) and decided to try it. Since they tend to skimp on the sauce I ordered extra sauce on the pizza. There is still HARDLY ANY SAUCE!! I mean barely any at all. What is the deal? I mean, what a thing to be cheap about?! I worked for Domino’s years ago and I used to love their pizza. Now, they just don’t seem able to make a single decent pizza? I even got a code for a free pizza…won’t be needing that. Really disappointed.

I placed an order for bread bites. I selected drive thru pickup.
I waited outside the drive thru window for a long period of time. I had my toddler in the car and I didn’t want to get him out of the car so he wouldn’t get upset.
The drive thru window was open and I yelled out hello more than once. An employee saw me through the window while throwing a box towards the door. He did not help me. I continued to wait. I got upset and had to drive all the way around to the parking lot to go inside.
As soon as I got inside the guy that I seen was at the drive thru window helping a customer as soon as they pulled up.
That customer may have spent more money than I did and that’s why they were valued more I assume. I will not be going back. Why have a drive thru window if nobody is at it? I couldnt 4 employees in that small store. Surely someone knew I was at the window!!!!

I called on a Monday ordering 4 pizzas for my team and I half a mile from this store. I the man I talked to was having multiple issues putting in my order and card info, it took almost 30min just to place my order. 45min go by and I call to check on my delivery, turns out he never put it in the system. They gave me a $20 coupon to use on a future order but we waited 1.5hr for the food, never got it, so we missed lunch that day.
It gets worse.
I called two days later on Wednesday ordering the same thing for my team 1.5mi down the road. It took 30min for the employee AND his manager to take my order and figure out how to apply the $20 discount they gave me on Monday. The manager seemed busy and rushed (probably due to lots of pizza being ordered at lunch time) and she didn’t have the correct code to apply the discount, so she told me she would send the pizzas my way and deal with the payment later. 30min go by so I call to make sure my pizzas are close to done or on the way. The employee tells me they haven’t started the pizzas because they manually wrote the order down instead of putting it into the system because of the coupon issue. They were letting all other orders ahead of mine until I called. I asked him to make sure they start the pizzas, throw them in the oven, and deliver them to me. He confirmed they had been started and would be cooked in 8min and delivered to me in 10min, meaning I should receive them in about 20min. 40min go by. I call again and find out they never even started them. I talk to the manager and she gives me another $20 coupon and said the general manager would call me in a couple days if I want to discuss this issue. We waited 2 hours since my first call and didn’t receive lunch.
By the end of this week I had spent roughly 3.5hrs waiting on this store to delivery me pizza and I received none, also spent over an hour on the phone with employees for nothing. Total waste of time and patience.

THEY DONT WEAR GLOVES NEED I SAY MORE. also it’s been burnt the last two times. I never paid attention because I go through the drive through but while I waited for 10 min behind another car with an online order that was ready when I got there for my online order I noticed them making the brownie cookies with out gloves so I asked the girl who just walked in for her shift and she said no and I said disgusting and she said she agreed. Ew.

Go anywhere but here. They are constantly understaffed (or that at least is their excuse). Last time I went there I waited at the pickup window for 15 minutes despite the first person that came to the window telling me it would be 1-2 minutes. The first person left and no one else ever came to the window to check. Tonight I went there 30 minutes after ordering (pickup time was 15-25 minutes). I sat at the window over 5 minutes with no one coming to help and when someone did finally come they said they were still prepping my food, after 35 minutes it still wasn’t even prepped. Go somewhere else where you know your food will be fixed and ready when you get there. There is no consistency here.

Food came cold after them leaving over 30 minutes before I got my food and my food not being in a warm bag. The when calling I get told yes we can replace it but it will be another 30 minutes so in total would have been waiting 2 hours for food. They have gone extremely downhill and are not worth the money over all the pizza places around.

My pizza was dried out and overcooked. When you think of pizza you think of the stringy mozzarella cheese when you pick up a piece, well there was none of that for my pizza. It did not look like they used any pizza sauce at all and as little cheese as possible. I mean look at this pizza and tell me does it look like you want to eat it and this was as soon as I got home it looks like it was made two days ago.

ordered my food at 5:15 pm. The website said it would be about a half hour the food should be ready. at 6:30 I checked the website and it still said my order was being prepped. I called to to check the status of my order and was informed that it would be an additional hour wait for them to begin making my food. This is unacceptable to wait over 2 hours for 2 pizzas and 1 pasta dish. this is not the first time we have had this issue with this location.
