Best wings in town!
Me and my wife visit this place at least once a month and it’s the best place in Lompoc to go relax and enjoy great wings with beer.

The food and service didn’t really stand out—it was just okay. The dishes were decent but nothing memorable, and the service felt a bit rushed and not very attentive.
What did shine, though, was the atmosphere. The space was beautifully designed, with a vibe that made the whole place feel special. The presentation of the food was also good but the taste didn’t quite live up to it.

Delicious! We had some of the dishes the server recommended from their summer menu and they were fantastic!
We had shared plates for lunch: Ahi on wontons, rib eye tacos and Valle burger! Zotovich wine and watermellon mojitos were both fab! Stop by and enjoy a delightful lunch! We will definitely be back.

On the smaller side, but still a great place to grab bit, drink and to watch a game. Their pork belly taco are a must try. Staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Hilton Garden Inns are not generally recognized for their epicurean accomplishments however I was curious to try out the Valle Eatery & Bar as it is/presented as a branded restaurant. Additionally, being a travel nerd and a Marriott platinum elite, I’m down to check out a new hotel to see what’s on tap.
The menu is lacks variety but they may be partially forgiven considering this is a hotel restaurant in Lompoc. Tapas aside, you basically have pizza(s), burger(s), or light sandwiches to choose from.
I opted for the Valle Burger thinking it would be the standard, safe choice. Truth-be-told, the meat was a little on the dry side and could’ve used more (or any) seasoning. The accompanying side salad had a healthy mix of greens however a few cherry tomatoes had definitely passed their prime and the Caesar dressing had a layer of small bubbles on the top–a classic sign of spoilage/food contamination. Against my better judgement, I had small sample which didn’t taste anything like a Caesar/creamy Caesar. It had a confused flavor, for sure nothing I’d intentionally order.
Conversely, the service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Overall it was a positive experience; however to be fair I was the only one there towards the end of their lunch service.
The atmosphere is open and modern and there are a lot of good seating options to choose from, even an outdoor patio. To top it off, the bar maintains a healthy selection of local brews on tap.
Honestly, I’m hesitant to eat there again however I wouldn’t pass on the bar/lobby as a meetup spot with friends.

Friendly service, delicious food and different areas of dining have different atmosphere. We sat around the corner from the big open area, past the bar. Nice and quiet high top table for 2!

Very nice looking place, but extremely expensive. The food was no where near worth the price paid. Steak over cooked and small for $30. Lacking in the sides. The pizzas were ok, so if you go there just order one of those. The flavor on pizza was just alright. I would also say that you don’t need reservations because we were the only ones there the whole time. The staff needs to be a bit more attentive also. They stood around talking most of the time. Only got water refills once.

Came in for drinks and apps. Party of 2 sat immediately. Restrooms were extremely clean! Waitress, Ari, did great! Thank you for such great service! We ordered the following during happy hour, a glass of chardonnay, 2 Dragon Fruit Mojitos, The pork belly tacos, the brussel sprouts lightly fried, and a margherita pizza. The drinks are exquisite and the food was all cooked perfectly. The pizza could have been a light more toasted. Great place, excellent service, and delicious food. Will come again, just earlier to enjoy happy hour longer.

Lovely service, everyone was very kind during our two visits. We tried the pepperoni/olive pizza, halibut tacos, and house French fries, and all were delicious. Nice assortment of beers, wine, and cocktails – the blueberry mojito I tried was very refreshing. The bar area was our favorite for seating, it’s tucked into a nice corner and is a little more quiet than the Eatery seating in the hotel lobby. We did not try the patio, but it seems like a pleasant place to dine on a summer evening. We’d definitely go back!
