Is this a joke? I ordered from this location… never again. I ordered the hush puppies that come with butter and this is what they sent me. 2 hushpuppies and no butter. It’s comical. And charged me $7 for the privilege. Also ONE piece of bacon and the most shriveled up ham I wouldn’t even serve someone I despised. First and last time I give this place my money.

I had a delicious meal of Baked French Toast with extra crispy bacon. The dish was topped with blueberries and strawberries…but the cream cheese in the recipe made it moist and full of flavor. I had a “new” server named Jade who is a top notch server!! She checked back with me several times and was very friendly and gracious! And to top it off, I also purchased a $5 meal to go. Be sure to see if Jade is working!!

And once seated, our waiter, Abi, proved to be equally engaging and helpful. But the highlight was the buttermilk pancakes – they were simply divine! Fluffy yet slightly crispy around the edges, smothered with 100% Pure Natural Syrup and buttery goodness. Overall, if you’re looking for a top-notch breakfast spot that hits all of the right notes – friendly service, delicious food – this is surely one not to miss!

It is a good place to get items for the home and be followed around whilst shopping, and the food is predictable; the pancakes are legitimately Heavenly! I would eat them daily if I could. Everything else is palatable especially if your are sensitive to seasoning.
The porkchops on Tuesdays are divine, but get there early or they may run out!
The service for the most part is quick and efficient; beware if they are training they will come and check in incessantly!
The bathrooms are dated and I try not to use them unless it is a last resort..

Bad Service Experience. I met a colleague for a working breakfast at this location. We were greeted and seated promptly. We quickly looked through the menu and decided what we were going to have for breakfast. We were sitting there quite a long time. No one had come over to get drink orders or our breakfast order. We did notice that two other groups that arrived after us had already ordered drinks and food, and one of them had been served. I saw a waitress in another section and I was able to flag her over and she said has your waitress helped you yet? to which we replied no, she said I will go get her. The waitress came out and without pleasantry said what can I get you? We placed our orders. The food arrived shortly thereafter we were served our breakfast and drinks. The check was left. We never saw or heard from the waitress again not even to refill our coffee. As for the food, I had ordered eggs over easy and they were closer to eggs over hard than eggs over easy.

The restaurant was not over crowded at this hour as Cracker Barrel is typically quaint atmosphere The staff was friendly and smiled the waitress helped with the menu. The food was served fast even breakfast they no longer serve turkey sausage but offered alternative.

Food was great, service was great, my only complaint is that I made a reservation on the app and it said to press the button on the site when I’ve arrived to let the host/hostess know. When I arrived I did this but my name was never called-I had to physically go up to the hostess stand to let them know I arrived.
This isn’t a big deal or anything I’m just wondering if they are taught to monitor the online reservations at the store or if there was a glitch? Service was great I have no complaints other than the app.
