Had an incident where a pizza delivery driver showed up to our house 1 hour late and HIT MY CAR. My husband dealt with it; I was too upset and was worried I wouldn’t be able to not yell at the man. He was an older gentleman and didn’t even apologize, just asked if there was damage. We reached out to Footers to see if they wanted to say anything about this as our order was not only extremely late but their driver hit the back of my car. Nothing. We sent an email. Ghosted. We like the pizza, but no one could even say sorry? Like wow. We paid full price and a tip. The customer service, I’d say, is pretty poor.

I’ve been ordering Footers since they opened back in 93. The food is fantastic. The Footers sauce on the pizza is amazing. Their sandwiches are fantastic. The pasta is great as well. I haven’t had anything from Footers that I didn’t enjoy. I’m glad they reopened. The food is hot and fresh. Delivery is quick and safe. I’ll be back for more soon that’s for sure.

Been eating here since there old location, very excellent pizza and has a card / board game shop inside full moon games. Was good to visit and have a pizza there like the good old collage days many years ago. Ray the owner still hand makes the bread!! Card shop is worthy and carries a verity of good stuff!! I highly recommend trying anchovies here as it actually taste good 🙂

Pizza was alright nothing to write home about. Breadsticks needed seasoning but other then that pretty good. Cheese sauce is mediocre. Totally weird atmosphere. People playing what I’m assuming was like dungeons and dragons or like Pokémon, and it smelled like body odor and dirty feet, which made me question my food choices. It wasn’t terrible but just the thought made me not want to return!

This is a great local business, awesome food and seems to have a great atmosphere. Pizza is really good, footers subs are awesome and make sure to get some of the monkey feet with icing! A++ every time we order here

I ordered 2 turkey club full sandwiches. I barely got any turkey or mayo on them. I had to use deli turkey I had in the fridge & my own mayo to substitute what they didn’t give me. Pay too much for bread and lettuce.

Dry disappointed. Usually love this place started eating my sandwich a noticed a fair coming through the bread. Called up there and talked to a manager I live on the other side of town as asked if I could come have it remade an they demanded I bring the sandwich back tonight and could only be remade tonight I have kids who are now put to bed so money wasted very disappointed.

The customer service skills of the staff needs work, I called and asked what the pizza specials were and the “worker” stated; the same pizza specials we’ve had. Since when is that an acceptable way to respond to a customer’s question? Then I order a 2 topping with extra cheese and the pizza has no sauce, it’s just cheese with a few pepperonis, I wouldn’t let my dog eat this pizza! This used to be my favorite pizza place in Terre Haute now I wouldn’t eat there if they payed me. Properly train your staff and teach them how to make a good pizza bc the one I spent 19 dollars on last night is going in the trash!!
