Im only giving 3 stars because I, myself, do not care for their pizza. However, we ordered ahead and received a discount. Young lady waiting on me was very sweet and they are always busy. Store is clean but only take out.

So this Little Caesar’s is pretty lame… The food quality is usually low; often there will be bubbles in the middle of the pizza where there’s no cheese or toppings, and if you order a stuffed crust, good luck with them actually forming the dough correctly. The ingredients themselves are mediocre, and their friendly low price for regular pizza almost doubles if you want to add anything or specialize your pizza. The atmosphere in the lobby is hot and uncomfortable, and there are not any tables for eating. The crew themselves also seem all to often to either be incorrectly trained or I suppose just incompetent because I’ve had many different experiences where they charged me for the wrong thing or just got my order completely wrong. Usually the staff is grumpy and unfriendly. I mean if you need a cheap pizza, go for it, but if you want satisfaction and quality, you might try elsewhere.

Although Lil Caesars has good pizza, Customer service over the phone is very,very, very rude. But I do know that if I ordered in person it will be a different encounter. Employees should be just a respectful over phone as in person. Don’t bring your personal issues and attitudes to work, remain professional and everything will go smooth

Best pizza in limestone or freestone counties. Ordered classic pepperoni was ready when promised service was with a smile and a thank you. Price was about half what others charge. Taste was great.
