To take 30 minutes for a bagel is preposterous! Four people ahead of me in the queue with only two in the lobby. That’s over 7 minutes per person with at least 3 people working on the back. Two of the people ahead of me canceled their order because it was taking too long. Don’t waste your time going here even if the food is good.

I spend more than $1,000 a year on Panera. This by far is the absolute worst Panera you can go to. If you want warm coffee in regular or bold they serve warm coffee. If you want no club soda this is the place for you. If you want a sandwich with no mayo or mustard on it this is the place for you. If you want stale bread, then this is the place for you. Do not buy from this establishment. Absolutely the worst Panera in the Midwest.

I’m not sure why they are rated so low. I’ve been here a few times and had no issues. Service has been decent and food is as good as any other Panera.
The atmosphere inside is a little meh just because it’s all just terminals for ordering and pickup shelves…but this will likely continue to be a trend as most places will hide the people and have uot interacting with computers and robots. 😛

As I sit here, 15 minutes late for my order I scheduled yesterday afternoon — there has been no one in the last 30 minutes to come and check on anything. A wall you can hear people talking through like it’s telephoning information. One small girl who drops your bag and LITERALLY runs away. No one in sight to help if needed. No music. No people.. why ? This is the WORST concept.

Absolutely terrible experience that completely ruined my day.
I ordered a simple egg and cheese croissant, but was given one with bacon. I don’t eat meat, so I went back and politely asked for the correct order. One of the staff members took it, ripped the bacon off, and gave me back the same croissant with bacon pieces still on it. To top it off, she didn’t even hand it to me — she tossed it into the bag with a rude attitude.
I had to go back a third time, and another staff member gave me a replacement — but it was a burnt croissant.
This kind of service is unacceptable. The food was handled carelessly, the attitude was disrespectful, and I had to waste my time going back and forth just to get something I didn’t even enjoy. It genuinely ruined my morning and put me in a bad mood for the rest of the day.
I expected much better from Panera.

They served the soup without a spoon. I shouted ten times, but no one came to ask what the problem was. I’ve never seen anything this ridiculous.
