We had to try Papa’s version of the Pan Pizza seeing it advertised and reviewed by others. We ordered the Medium Pan with Pepperoni (1 topping currently for $11.99) and were pleased with the same giving it a solid B+. We ordered ours asking for no Italian Seasoning sprinkled on it as was suggested by an online reviewer. Try such yourself and post your review.

Papa John’s has the best chain pizza IMO. However, I’ll never order delivery again from here. I called to tell them the garlic sauce broke open and dumped on the entire pizza and was outside the box. Their response was the pizza was so hot it burst the sauce?! My pizza was ice cold. I was credited one pizza I have to pick up.

absolutely the worst Papa John’s Pizza I have ever had. Pizza is burnt, and there are a few toppings in the center of the pizza. The rest is all cheese. crest was all burnt to where I couldn’t even use the garlic dipping sauce. I normally don’t do reviews but this was absolutely ridiculous. $30 for a pizza and it was awful. Hope y’all have better luck.

Experienced an order issue, wrong toppings and poorly made & handled pizza. Picked it up at 12am. Returned to the hotel to find it was incorrect. By that point the store was closed. Called in the next day to have the issue addressed. The manager demanded I bring the pizzas to her, “if” they were incorrect. Basically called me a liar without saying it. I said all I wanted was the order made the way I ordered it. I was nothing but respectful. She said “unfortunately we are a business, so you gotta bring the pizzas to me”
I already went to bed, went to work, and came back to the hotel. You think that pizza is going to be there that long?? The adults ate the one pizza. The kids couldn’t have any of it, they put jalapeno on both. Not that way it was ordered. She refused to provide a resolution. So I contact corporate. Got an intake rep. They submitted the ticket. 2 days later I get a text from a “sherry bounds” she said that the local management would reach out to Ken 5 days go by. Nothing. I reach out to sherry again. Nothing. Zero resolution. From corporate, to management nothing. Someone needs to contact me and correct the issue. I assure you I will continue to escalate this. And all who have failed to provide customer service will certainly be held accountable for their lacking.

Every time I order from this location, my food is either damaged, wrong, or cold. I called after a two hour wait and was told they are delaying orders so they’ll be hot when we receive them. A driver can only take one order at a time. Way to go, can’t even get the menial jobs correct.

Foods barely passable and it takes for ever to get food. It’s been an hour in counting and still don’t have food .just got my order and it’s trash everything is cold . HOW DO YOU MAKE A PIZZA HAVE REGULAR HALF THIN CRUST. They pretty much stomped on the garlic dippinh sauce and poured it into the box. Parts of the pizzas were burnt.We are done with papa John’s and gonna be going to pizza hut.

Hi I visited this store a few weeks ago. I must say I’m very impressed, the staff was working hard and making sure I was a priority. Bathroom was clean. Store was pretty nice. Look like the manager has a heck of a team. Keep cooking. I’ll continue to come back. My kids love this place.
