An amazing spot. Some of the best Mexican food in town. We ordered queso birria (photo), chicken fajitas, arroz con pollo, and carnitas. All were amazing. The chips and salsa are good, with a little heat. They have huge mugs of horchata and jamica that you can order as well. We didn’t realize that until after we ordered.

Food was great, freshly cooked (minus the rice and beans). Overall very tasty. Large drink cups. Service was fine. The place is in a not up and coming neighborhood, a little scary at night. The restaurant could use an upgrade.

Today I visited this place with my family. We just wanted to try some good, typical Mexican food. When we arrived, they didn’t have a menu for the tables, so I had to stand at the counter with my husband and three teenage children to check it and order. Meanwhile, there were more people lined up behind us, also waiting to pay. It was an awkward moment; I felt like we were being rushed. I decided to leave. I didn’t get to try the food because of the poor service!

I’ve been on the hunt for authentic, flavorful Mexican food here in Huntsville, and it’s been tough finding a spot that really delivers—until now. We ordered the carne asada burritos, and they were absolutely delicious. Perfectly seasoned, juicy, and wrapped up just right. This place really hit the mark. The flavors reminded me of the kind of food I’ve been missing. We will definitely be back!
